Ok but how did you get flat sheets out of cylindrical pipe
By cutting it lengthwise, heating it up with a heat gun and then rolling it out into a flat shape with a roller. Then, you just need glue to put it together, or if you want make a nichrome wire machine that heats up the corners to bend them. Simple, cheap or even free and eco friendly!

Buddy has skill keeping that torch in motion; maybe dip pipe in boiling water or use a heat gun. N.B. Plastic distributors around me will sell a cut down sheet retail.
