But because they are private contractors, they are not accountable to government standards or rules that the military is, and their atrocities and casualties are not reported as "US forces." I'm not a big fan of the ACUs but what is this new camo? It's almost as bad as the Aussie Camo (I would know, my cousin is in it). I'd so much prefer the older BDU's, they were cleaner, nicer and more professional appearing. I would love if they switched to something like MARPAT,. Either way I'd wear it in pride, but I can't wait for them to re-do it again!
@WestsideArtMilitary You need a green card for the USA, that'll get you in the enlisted military, soon after they'll grant you citizenship, and from there you can commission as an officer once you have your degree, or proof of.
its funny when it came time to choosing new unifroms the army wanted to be cheap and picked those ugly acu's over multicam. now they are realizing how stupid that was they're all starting to wear multicam even though it's not standard issue.
