They all have their own field of expertise and waya of asking questions - not all of em always fall as categorized or systematic patterns of topics, nor it should... and that's the beauty of interviews. You better watch some early 60's 70's, 80's and 90's interviews - not all of them make instant sense to you but I bet each and every one of these interviews will teach you more than one lessons of life...

No. Eddie Hall is a human and I am amazed by him. Some people see that with RDJ. People all over the world are aware of his existence. And decades from now will still know who he was. It's not his species you should consider but his experience knowledge and achievements. Learning from others is human, so is conversing, and holding people who have done more in higher regard, or elders. These are human traits. Being human is being in awe, motivated and inspired by the progress of other humans, especially if they've done more than you.

@@ShashankSawantPhD I partly agree but partly disagree because it's a difference saying "I feel unreal and accomplished because this big famous person said this." to "this human who has inspired me a lot in my life, who's work I admire and love has said this, so i feel very happy and accomplished." i think there is a great difference in the two and I would say it is perfectly fine to feel the way of the second sentence, because it is good to look up to people and appreciate them for what they have to say and what work they put out into the world, and it doesn't have to mean the other person is worth less, or more.

RDJ has had one hell of a journey man. I've been a fan of his since watching Weird Science and Less Than Zero as a teen back in the 80's. Watching him rebuild and reinvent himself over the decades has always been inspiring for me and that's completely aside from enjoying his works. I even spent a few years practicing Wing Chun, like RDJ, as a way to help heal myself of depression and anxiety. I'm not really a "fan" of many people, but he's firmly on the very short list.

Always catch it on the up swing, and take a soft landing when coming out and drop below the line, preparing to be ready and to hit your stride again when you rise above it again. Maybe it's a daily ebb and flow, or every three days, or every 8th day. Take notes and over time you will detect a pattern. Good luck

A comedian needs to have the stage to stay in that sharp comedic shape like an athlete. I think he’s a shell of his former self. Him and Brennan were a great writing time, and worked well off of each other. Maybe with more time Dave regains his sharpness, but he is, at times, unrecognizable. If I get tattooed for saying this, so be it, it’s just my opinion.

I’ll listen to the same thing 20 times in a row and think, “wow, I know this is me, but I feel euphoric listening to this because it’s so surreal when all the variables come together.” When your voice is perfectly warmed up, but not too crackly, when your instrument is perfectly in tune, when you nail the instrument part and singing at the same time. It’s like you can feel the energy of whatever force in the universe puts the magic of creation into the physical world through inspiration. The same feeling a fighter feels when in a flow state, expressing themselves through movement, hitting and not getting hit with ease, is not dissimilar to how a guitarist feels shredding into a solo, in absolute flow state. Very interesting

@@LimoneneDaddy....Thank you. I watch tons of Mr. Rogans' videos and I love the perspectives they offer, this one really struck me. Pulled in by the topic and struck primarily by the natural progression of the conversation.... Mr. Rogan seems to have a talent for that. Always kinda makes me feel like I'm sitting right in the studio.

Loved this clip/topic. I remember an uncontrollable urge, to want to go out and drink and party at the age of 15 and act like an adult. I was one of the local rock star's in my area, East Texas. You can believe , that I milked it for all I could and as long as I could. I really just loved the experience of having "fun". I got lost in my own paradise and didn't wake up until my girlfriend got pregnant one day with my first of two daughter's. I was 35. So all in all I had a good run. I've been married/settled down for 12 years now I stayed out of prison ( just this side of ) and I'm still alive after defying the odds of fire, falls, and explosives in the face, motor-cross wreaks , car wreaks, and tons of fights . My point is , I didn't get out of my own way, until I was 35. Now, I produce/record my own music. A lesson that took years to learn, from just wanting to play all the time.

Robert Downey's Iron solid discussion of making a DECISION to be sober was the most powerful "go to" for me (when struggling) to stay sober.
