Knott’s has been a friend to us. First ones to open the marketplace, first ones to do the taste of events, first ones to really help us out with season passes. When the world was shut down and everything was sad, Knott’s Berry Farm stood by us!

I agree, I live 5 minutes from Knott's and it was definitely a source of light for my family and I during the pandemic. I will be spending more time and money here than I would be spending at other nearby theme parks.

@@tflo25 Exactly! You are right. It really was a light during the dark days... I have been going every week and filming different parts of it, even Rufus in the parking lot. When everything else was shut down, Knott's won over my heart.

Such a great comment! Knotts has been there for us through the darkest time. We also have been going weekly to Knotts and Soak City. It has been bringing us so much joy. And it is super exciting seeing my almost 4 year old loving and appreciating it more and more.

"Hey you! Sit down over there!" I used to remember hearing that recording at the top of the Log Ride just before the drop. Just raising your hands up would set off the recording if you could keep your arms close enough together.
I don't know if it still does, but the Mine Ride used to have yarn hanging down from the ceiling in the dark areas. I think it was during a point where they would announce bats. It would brush over you, and give you a fright.

I remember when Knott's was free! And Mrs Knott selling pies on the corner! Oh my!

Got to come back and visit for the Halloween event in 2020 and it was the coolest thing I did in California all year. Knott's is awesome!

Wow, time is just flying by. I didn't realize it had been that long since you had been there.

ARGH!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I MISSED YOU! I didn't go into Knott's yesterday, but I did eat at Mrs. Knott's Chicken Restaurant. Oh man. Now I wish we had actually gone into the park.

I love Knotts. So much more affordable than Disneyland. I loved the Food Festivals last year. Next year I might get an annual pass because it's so affordable.

Well heck it - I was hoping you would go and I would run into you! But my reservation is for tomorrow (Friday). Yes, the line has been long but it does move fast and once inside it doesn't seem that crowded - until Summer Nights starts around 6 PM - then bam! You need to ride Beary Tales. The trick is to not shoot the berry blasters but enjoy the theming. There's lots to look at - they did a great job. The Mayfield Gang (from Ghost Town Alive) is back and doing small skits though out the day. Other characters are also back. Yes, Knott's was the leader during the shut down and they deserve lots of accolades and awards in my opinion for the outstanding job they did keeping us sane during that dark time. Also - that soundtrack you mentioned for the Log Ride was done by Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies (who are off on Tuesday and Wednesday).

Hoping to visit Knotts next year. It’s such a beautiful old school park. Six Flags and Disney are on the list but they don’t have Snoopy.
