Hi Joe. Nice video and very nice build. Those wheels really seem top notch. Curious to see what are you trying next, as I can see many really exiting things coming out of China these days. With so many people having issues with the word "affordable" - which is definitely a subjective concept - I guess no one can argue it's not super "competitive". Cheers

Great bike and channe! I just built a lesser but still very good bike. Airwolf YFR001 frame, Airwolf wheels, bars and stem. Swapped over an Ultegra 8020 group set bought in 2017. Comes in at a bit over 7.7 kilos before going tubeless. Not counting th e groupset but w a used Stages non drive power meter about $1500 USD. It was a pain in the ass to build but well worth the wait and frustration. My third charbon bike, i named it "DaPhuc" and custom made vinyl graphics for it!

I heard your claim that bike is about 1kg lighter than any of pro’s in world tour are racing. Bike is light because you have supper light components. Any of the world tour bikes with components hanging on this bike would bring down the weight to about or under 6.

I think @chinacycling made it pretty clear in pt. 1 - this is affordable compared to a high-end Western build (about half the price of the likes of an SL8 to get this weight.) He never claimed to be reviewing a Walmart bike, this was always an attempt to get to a super low weight with as little money as possible. Do you care to actually watch and understand the context or are you just here to grandstand? Don’t blast a solid creator when you don’t understand the premise - that’s just disingenuous.

@@Evaso_CC But how many of us think about a $6k bike as affordable? I saw one comment that said that would be 6 years of saving. Also, if I were ever going to spend that much on a bike, which I never would because the bike makes almost no difference, I would buy something from my local bike shop simply for any warranty issues. I ride Chinese wheels currently, a set of 38mm SuperTeam carbon wheels that I love. But they were $274 on sale on Amazon about 5 years ago. $6k? I hear you loud and clear. I like to do the whole spectrum. So a $6k bike that can go head to head with a $12k bike. $1k wheels that can go head to head with $3k wheels, etc, etc. I also buy 2nd hand bikes and they're the best bang for your buck you can get, but there's only so many times you can make a video telling people to go buy a 2nd hand rim brake road bike. The idea is to get as many people riding as possible. Most people hear $6,000 is affordable and they take up running or swimming.
