Surefire M952 with Malkoff Devices head, why you need it

This is a review of a Surefire M952 light that I put a malkoff devices head on. It is a great option if you are able to land one of the millennium lights and don't know what to do with it. These are some of the things I like about it.

These are still really expensive. That light and bag are worth every bit of $300 on Ebay. And now that everyone is building A3/A4 clones because the war is 20 years old, the value will just keep going up. I was looking at the Malkoff swap because my light is fairly large, but with the LED conversion it's a fantastic light.

Have you heard of any issues using the IR filter with the LED upgrade? I’ve been told that once you run the LED upgrade you can’t use the IR filter for the 952.
