Can you send me the contact info for them? I was wanting to ask how they did the floor frame for this coop. Was going to do the same thing but trying to figure out different ways to build this design

It's not a perfect world but I think I would have just pulled the new coop in to the chicken yard a couple of days in advance and then taken the old one out, or move the new one with the chickens.
