  • Splitting wood is quite hard work, especially when it is hard and dry wood, so I decided to simplify and speed up the work by building a wood splitter. The machine has a lot of power and several amenities that make work much easier and a lot of fun. The hydraulic power supply that powers the splitter it is mobile, can be used to power other machines.

This is my second channel, on this channel I publish older videos without music and with previously unpublished video shots😄

Well designed and built - a log splitter that anyone would be lucky to own! Great job and thank you for showing all the camera angles and shots so we could enjoy making this with you!

I believe the cost to buy one would be cheaper. But the quality in the bought one is no where close to this one. Great job sir.

Never never inclose a love joy , it will overheat and burn. Its better to align it as close as possible and use four corners of small angle iron, for air cooling

Should have added i built mine over 30 years ago, still works. You need to put a air inlet t on the oil inlet side, they are hard as hell to start if they are sucking cold oil, you start the engine and then slowly close the air inlet. Mine you just turn the oil line off and the air inlet open until it runs for a minute, them close and open.

Te spoiny nie wyglądają zbyt solidnie. Proponował bym elektrodę 3.2

Hätte er sich für das Geld was das alles zusammen kostet einen fertigen Spalter gekauft, hätte er etwas ordentliches gehabt

Rough engineering, you did not locate the pump on a spigot to ensure accurate alignment to the crankshaft axis. Your flexible coupling element life will be short. 😏😏
