I'm fairly confident that is the default when playing with a group of friends in a game like this

I don't know why Jacob as Sonic, Jome as Tails, Cade as Knuckles and Izzy as Amy felt so perfect but it did.
because Alpha is the main character (at least on his own channel), Izzy is a Girl, Cade is big, and Jome was little bro before Colin.

In our multiplayer game, I was leading as Knuckles and got his ending where yes, they do just drop him off at the master emerald and leave
he left in angel island, as the final cinematic shows. he got a good smile out of it tho.
Weirdly enough, Knuckles has his own ending cutscenes, which is odd considering the others get the standard ending so idk ahy they didnt just combine

I really love how this game emphasized the idea of Eggman using animals to power his robots. Normally it’s just a detail that you ignore whenever you defeat one or beat a stage, but it’s on full display here with you seeing them actually reacting happily

Which surprises me because all I have heard of the multiplayer in this game is that it sucks because of the camera, and here everyone is having an absolute blast.

The chaos emerald sections are so panic-inducing with this group even when I’m just watching madness unfold through a CZcams video
You can tell the sponsor is good when it's mentioned that you'd do it for free, and you're still showcasing all the bugs that go with it since it adds to the enjoyment (screaming) of the video, it's basically free money at that point and you deserve it

Those moments where they start the youtuber voices, but then suddenly drop it cause someone actually crazy is happening(usually a bug).
At this point I’m fully convinced that if Sega ever released a full polish, og side scrolling at Mach Jesus with 0 bugs and features the community has wanted for years it would be the exact opposite of “I’ll never financially recover from this” in that they’ll make so much money in sales they’ll never be able to do it again and endlessly chase that high until they go bankrupt
This dynamic reminds me of both older Alpharad content and Friends Without Benefits. I loved how this video was done. Nostalgia right there.

back when the sonic series still seemed to hate itself they probably would have let him
This game is the perfect example of why you should NOT skip out on side stuff. So far nobody I've watched has seen that their custom pvp robot is a boss battle.
That's unfortunate. I realized as soon as I saw the robots lined up in the pods and Eggman carry one away that it was probably gonna come up later during my playthrough so I literally customized it just because I had a feeling
The multiplayer is gonna be fire when I play with my friends
We've come far from Alpharad making videos on silly games and knockoffs, to literally having 3 game sponsorships a week.
Absolutely love how many call backs to wisp powers there are in this game! alpharad definitely noticed too seeing as how he did the voices for drill and rocket (there are probably others he mentioned, i just forgot lol)

this was so entertaining to watch. it's legitimately so much more fun with friends!! also ftr the timer means nothing during the final boss fight, i don't know why it's included tbh. and i'm sad that you can't even go super in the final fight at all. but the chaos and teamwork of multiplayer is worth everything

I love that there's this slight bit of gaslighting going on with Sonic where for some reason everyone seems to believe the green chaos emerald is the master emerald as if the master emerald isn't giant and predominantly featured in like 4 separate games.

This entire video is pure chaos and I love it for it for that
there's an emerald stage where it's catch the medals, but there's only bounce up things so you almost never go forward. it's impossible it looks like the green emerald stage they do.
Aren't there normal nodes below the upwards cannons?

Those are just repeats of the original Emerald stages once you've gotten the Emerald for that zone (or all seven already).

I played this with my lil bro and on the final boss anytime we triggered the second phase and we were too close to the elft eggman would just stomp us back to the last checkpoint. Lil bro said it was unfair but as a true sonic fan i told him it was our skill issue.

honestly when i found out the screen zooms out for multiplayer i was pissed lol, beat the entire game without any periferal vision.
also i think this is the only group of people to like the bossfights of this game, in single player the invincibility makes it a slog.
