@@ferrantepallas It was not intentinoal but his arm was well outside of his body, so it is technically the correct call. I think the three penalties called were all correct calls.
People these days evaluate performance only on goals, no matter how they come. Mbappe had a BAD final, excepting the 2nd goal and 2 specific plays. The penalties are not part of a "well played" game, they're pressure situations that he managed very well...but Mbappés 120 full minutes were in general, really bad.
Messi also scored one a goal and Penalty so what's the different? and Mbappe goal was far far better goal.
Argentina need Messi. Every team make a defensive format against Messi. Whenever Messi play 2-3 play will run there to block him which makes other Argentina players free to score. Just his presence makes the opponent feel insecure. His presence has psychological advantage over other teams.

word of warning to all fans attending game: The security situation and management of the games is awful; i attended the Argentina-Canada game with my family and it was incredibly poorly managed; they let out everyone at the same place and everyone was funneled through a horrible bottleneck, the tunnel that leads to the American Dream mall. there were very few stewards and security and the crowd had no idea what to do. if that was a game between two more equal fan bases in size or there was any animosity or even just a panic it could have been a disaster. Was very scary for anyone with small kids. This is not to mention lack of support for parking and exits. Very bad and even dangerous management.
