There are a number of videos involving the 59th brigade on You Tube, however this video, and most of the ones I have seen are from the beginning of the Ukrainian offensive back in July.
Since then, this offensive failed with about 70 000 Ukrainians KIA, without even breaking the first line of Russian defenses, with some minor exceptions.
In most cases Ukrainian forces were taking positions pre-targeted by the Russian artillery and were annihilated or they were trapped in minefields that were air laid by the Russians behind them.
The ferocity of this totally unnecessary war, is reminiscent of the battle of Verdun in WW1.
Recently the Ukrainian chief of staff said that they will change tactics and go on the defensive.

@@JustAnotherArmyVet I don't know if the Ukrainians new they were moving in a trap or if the pressure to show success to the West was just too great and they just moved in any way.
As far as the War KIA, US sources estimate them at about 500 000.
Some time in the Summer there was an advertisement on Ukrainian TV asking for support for the families of 400 000 Ukrainian heroes and this was seen as the number of dead at the time.
There was a great upset in the Ukrainian government and the ad was taken down immediately.
The US lost about 430 000 KIA in the entire WW2, while Great Britain had about 450 000 KIA.
Some months back NATO's military commander US general Christopher G. Cavoli mentioned that the level of violence in Ukraine is of unimaginable scale.
And now with the events in Israel, the war in Ukraine comes in a long second place for the West.
