- In this video I put 16 Twinkies in my vacuum chamber. I talk about what I think will happen when I put them in the vacuum chamber. When the air is sucked out the Twinkie's internal pressure makes the Twinkies expand. Then when I let the air back in they are crushed back down.

Corn Syrup actually. Real sugar is more expensive(needs more heat) to liquefy into a baked good.
