I also like sweet potatoes with pork. My favorite addition to pork chops and sweet potatoes is boiled cabbage. Sounds weird, I know, but my wife and I LOVE cabbage with pork and sweet potatoes. Then, of course, there must be a pan of corn bread and copious amounts of iced tea. Dinner good enough for company.
