This video popped up on my feed today, and I was watching it with the captions on and sound off. As it progressed, I was getting intrigued with where you were from. Until you mentioned the "wee" cards. This is a word that I use also, so I perked up and actually read your name, and put the volume up. My great grandparents were Macgregors, and emigrated To New Zealand late 19th century. I love how this community brings the world closer together. Loved your book, and have of course subscribed. I hope that you’ve been to the doctor. I was in quite a funk, but it took my husband getting me to a doctor, to realize that I needed some assistance and that I wasn’t going crazy.

I mentioned HRT very briefly, wasn’t sure how much to mention. I started HRT, bioidentical type, called estrogel and utrogestan, can not praise it high enough, I genuinely thought I was losing my mind, within weeks I felt better and 5 months in now I feel the best I have in years. I’m 48 but think I would have benefited from HRT a few years ago but i didn’t realise what it was then, the menopause mood effects are not talked about enough 🥺 hopefully you can talk to your doctor about the above and see if it is something you might benefit from 🤞❤️

The basic journal construction is not mine, it is a course on teachable by Amity Bloom, it’s the artist in bloom course, she takes you through it step by step 😊

Thank you 😊 I’m not sure why but a few months into HRT my back pain vanished, still gets a little stiff at times, but the sacroiliac pain that was very debilitating vanished, I know menopause can cause joint pain but never thought that’s what was causing my back pain 🤷♀️ I’m so grateful it has gone ❤️

Thank you 😊 I’m not sure why but a few months into HRT my back pain vanished, still gets a little stiff at times, but the sacroiliac pain that was very debilitating vanished, I know menopause can cause joint pain but never thought that’s what was causing my back pain 🤷♀️ I’m so grateful it has gone ❤️
