Good to see you creating Heidi, I just started Mental Pause this past sept. Im 54 so I guess it was about time. I got hit with the hot flashes every five mins I was melting then freezing but they seem to be calming down lately, fingers crossed ! LOL The worst was I couldn't sleep at all , too hot too cold but thankfully that seems to be getting better. Hang in there, glad you are doing better XXX

Thank you so much 😊 I use the Tim holtz ranger distress ink in Brushed corduroy for my stamping on pages, it is a lovely muted tone that could easily be written over 🥰
