MILK - 3 CUP
MILK POWDER - 1/4 CUP
CONDENSED MILK - 1/4 CUP
CARDAMOM POWDER - PINCH OF
SAFFRON - PINCH OF
★For Cake★
FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1/3 CUP
CURD - 1/3 CUP
MALAI - 1/2 CUP
CHOPPED NUTS

My humble suggestion for your excellent recipe. Heating the non stick pan empty on high heat causes toxic fumes to come out of non stick coating. May be a pittal or loha kadai can be used. All the best

I tried the cake today for my granny's b'day it came out very very well ..Thank you yummy for this video........ But I have a doubt..... In the middle of the cake sometimes its not cooked properly so WATS the reason 🤔🤔🤔
Evenly distribute your batter into the cake pan.
Pre heat your oven and then turn the temp down when your cake goes in.
Bake cake on medium heat.
So that it rises slowly and bakes thoroughly.
Baking on med heat also allows your cake to bake flat. So that your cake does not have a dome shape to it.
