Girlfriend of 3 1/2 years, broke up with me in January. Been trying to work on myself as a person, work on the problem which caused the relationship to fall. Problem is that I am not over her AT ALL. No matter what I do, as hard as I try to have no contact, anything. We share 2 dogs as well. So every time I see her "while its dog related" its just heartbreaking knowing we aren't together, and she seems to be moving on without any problem. She's dated someone, and shes been posting stuff on social media in the direction that her dating inst going so well. I can't engage with a female even while I am single, without feeling wrong for not telling them I'm not truly over my ex-girlfriend. To them I probably look like the biggest idiot, but i'm being honest and true to myself. I cant hide those types of feelings because it bothers me if im not honest. Trust was the main issue as to why she broke up with me. I never completed opened up to her from the beginning about how my dating was before we met. I was always self conscious of myself, never thought I was good looking, overweight ect. But once we were dating everyone I knew would say "wow how did she end up with you". That kind of stuff hurt me, but I was pretty good at hiding it. It got to the point where I became shady and started secretly messaging other girls seeing what they might think of me, now that I am with this beautiful girl. I never intended on physically cheating on my gf ever! I understand its still cheating if it isn't physical. I did it more for the response I would get from the other female of what they thought of me. My ex caught me several times, but I was always denying it. My mind was telling me to stop doing it, but there was an addiction that triggered and I kept doing it. When I finally admit to her the truth about it, she thought it was all bullshit and she didn't want to hear it. I don't want to even talk to other females that's how emotionally connected I am to my ex. My emotions build up to the point where I would have a random outburst of emotions where I would message her, and tell her how sorry I am. I know i shouldn't be doing this, I've been doing good for a while. She ends up just telling me to get over it. I just don't know what to do anymore. Me and her still have the dogs together which makes this much harder.

We are divorced now since 5 months however she still reaches out through msgs and calls. Its an indirect direct approach she does asking for some random silly stuff. I did no contact for 5 weeks and my ex reached out twice and I answered him the second time, he immediately asked me out. We went for dinner but it was awful, he started to talk about the breakup and I told him to stop but he continued and I started crying and arguing. Then I did no contact again for 4 weeks straight last week I contacted my ex and he was really receptive so I told him we should hang out and he immediately told me that we could go for coffee that same day. The date was great,he hugged me and told me I looked beautiful with my new hairstyle and that it was really nice to see me and that he had a lot of fun. Later he texted me saying the same. But he didn’t texted me until 5 days later, he asked me out for coffee again and told me that he had a busy week. On Saturday he went on vacation to Europe and he told me he’ll keep in touch with me during the trip, but he hasn’t and he posted some pics on Facebook. I’m scared he doesn’t keep in touch or even worst, that he puts me in the friend zone.

Don't worry about him putting you in the friendzone - he should be the one that is worried to get you back. Once you switch your mind set your days will become easier. Also, go out with friends and do things you enjoy instead of waiting for a call.

He's just on vacation, so he'll be back anyway. Therefore it doens't matter if he contacts you during his vacation or not. And being in "the friend zone" is rather a positive sign since it doesn't really exist in this case. Friend zone with an ex=dating in your own kind of way.

Well its been 3 months since breakup she called 2 months ago on phone talked to me for 2 hours asking things such as: do you still love me? Do you have new girlfriend, does my parents ask about her, do I have our pictures still, than month later she unblocked me on whatsapp and asked something and than few weeks later i just reached out and we started talking like crazy and now she asked me can she come to my place i said sure but few hours later she said i have someone new but still keeps talking with me, and now she says every like 5 hourse she has someone and that its not smart that we talk but she still keeps talking to me hahah. And also asked again do i have new gf haha asking because she doesnt want her to be yeauls

Wow, I never thought I'd be looking up a video like this. And yet here I am, only 3 months into my first relationship and she just broke up with me tonight. I honestly need help, I need advice. What is the success rate for your clients using the no contact rule on getting their ex back?? Is the average time like threes weeks for the ex to come back? Also a psychic straight up told me “your ex is not coming back”. I feel like I shouldn’t believe them because the signs are there. my gf did same but she is too complicated to understand she says to move on but whenever i call her she still answers my call talks to me happily and even says she will come to me when she gets comfortable (hints) and if asked directly she says she will never ever be in relationship with anyone and she won't give me the place she gave me before and also she has a friend who she say is not important but i have problem with him yet she talks to her (only when he calls)

Can you please please tell me if Radio Silence is the right technique to use when my ex is with someone else? I feel that ignoring her will just make her fall even more for the other person, but on the other side I dont wanna be very needy. I try to communicate etc but she rarely replies, usually with negative short answers. :( I want to reattract her and date her and to seem great and changed but I get no chance... Please tell me if I should do Radio Silence in my case or if this will backfire of getting her back??? :(
