  • The review tests everything you need to know. Speed, range, power, hill climbing ability. This is a commuter scooter built for the big and bulky with a 350 pound weight limit and adjustable stem along with full suspension so the ride is quite smooth, one of the smoothest I've ridden.

LocTite is your friend. I would stick (pun intended) with the Blue LocTite. Red is pretty much permanent & you need to heat it up to remove the screws & bolts risking damage to the surrounding parts & surfaces from the heat. A good practice on any scooter, bike, etc is to use blue LocTite on every fastener before extended use. Cheers.

Excellent review! You’re right, the cruiser is a scooter with a long range (I’ve been able to go beyond the advertised 62 miles on gear 2), great comfort, and decent acceleration. The top speed is between 25-30 mph-so this is a “cruiser” not a racer. Also, the bolts and screws get loose quite often. I usually take 15-20 minutes to tighten bolts and screws before I ride it. Other than that, the cruiser is a solid machine with low maintenance.

To fix the loose screw problem once and for all: Pull every screw out and apply blue (non-permanent) threadlocker. It is made exactly for this situation. If you don't want to pull every screw out, just apply threadlocker to any screw that loosens. You can use red (permanent) threadlocker but you won't be able to remove the screw ever again unless you use a torch - not healthy for electronic boards, batteries, and plastic fenders.
    Otherwise a great review!

I bought two Emove Cruisers in 2019 to bring awareness to my community on the alternate forms of transportation. My small city of 100k just does not think of using anything other than cars and trucks. Mostly with one occupant. I chose the Voro Emove Cruiser because of its advertised long range, hardiness, and speed. The range and speed are both exceptional. The hardiness is suspect. Voro sold both to me at wholesale price, $800 each since I was going to advertise their product. It was always a long shot in this community but worth a try. I made some riding videos which got plenty of views and fielded lots of curious questions. I have been able to send some referrals to Voro from those videos and conversations. Voro said they would pay me a small commission but in each case, I had to go to Voro asking why the commission payments stayed pending for six months after the sales.
Voro claims to be diligent in their pre shipping checks and high quality is supposedly the Voro watchword. When my two Emove Cruiser's arrived; both boxes were heavily damaged and literally smelled like garbage. Like they had been stored in a garbage can and not some quality warehouse. Upon opening the boxes, both scooters had dislodged screws just rattling in the boxes. I had to use some of my own hardware to fix parts. Voro said they would send replacement parts but never did. Its been over a year now.
I also ordered two accessory seats. Both installed ok but one has never worked correctly. The seat does not secure in a fixed position and will slowly lower during a ride. Voro would not correct this issue.
After riding about 300 miles of reasonably easy trips my wifes scooter started this wierd squeeking noise from her back shocks. I tried lubing the shock shafts and then just swapped them with the shocks on my scooter and the squeeking stopped for a time. After another 300 miles on my scooter, the squeeking has returned.
My scooter rear tire has started a slow leak and I have to refill before each ride. There are no screws or nails protruding so not sure where the leak is.
Overall, the scooters themselves have been fun but since I have never bought another brand, that is as far as I can go with comparisons. The Voro company though has a lot to be desired.

Nice review 👍 I ordered this scooter for his range and the IP6 water resistance rating. I’m around 95kg, i charge the cruiser once a week I’m having around 52km range and the voltmeter is still at 45v. I agree with the maintenance remarks, i do it once a week. But the emove cruiser is an excellent scooter. The speed is more than ok for daily commute. The range is huge. With 10 inch tyre and the discs brake make this scooter safe and comfortable. But if you are planning to fold and carry this scooter around, forget it. 😊 By the way I’m using the emove cruiser in Paris in France !

1:43 is this a free cycle lane? its so well made and scenic i am surprised! here in Quebec they are PAYING to have some guys remove the train tracks (the guys sell them off later) and then PAYING again to have little white gravel put down to make a "multifunction recreational lane". its so badly done the gravel literally grinds bike tire down in 50km and some place have poor drainage causing bike to be hard to pedal because you are sinking into the ground.

anything from scooters to bikes and cars need replacement parts at some point, the fact they have spares available is a plus point in my opinion, would be a downer to drop 1000k+ on a scooter and then if\when something breaks you cant get any replacement parts

@Fromatic I was arrested for driving a motor vehicle within no tax and insurance and resisting arrest..
went to court and pleaded not guilty coz I don't belive it is a motorveichle and the statutory laws regarding escooters are not clear and unfinished at best..
I was sent to trial and the police officers involved were goi g to try and Bury me, they submitted over an hour of body cam footage of me and 4 police officers were willing to testify against me..
But trust me I was ready in fact I found out that atleast 5 of my human rights were being breached in the process and so are everyone else rights being breached attempting to stop people using them, and also the police officers were all breaking their oaths..
Even though in the eyes of the police and courts there was overwhelming evidence of my guilt funnily enough the cps ( crown prosecution service) failed to send me any evidence regarding my case and this could not use any evidence they had against Me in court so they case was dismissed..
Conclusion: the cps failing to send me the evidence was such a rookie mistake that there's no doubt in my mind that they are aware that peoples human rights are being breached by arresting people using a scooter and branded it as a motor vehicle without out the proper legislation being passed and did not want my case to go viral, I have made a few videos regarding my case but it is literally the tip of the iceberg when I hav the time I will reveal all, to my knowledge I am the only person in the uk who has beat and escooter case without punishment.
