Kerch (For once) is a real ship that they can add for the Russian tree that isn't just a plain Russian Bias magnet. It's just the Emanuele Filiberto Duca d'Aosta, a Condottieri-class light cruiser given to the Soviets as War Reps. and was stricken in 1959 & scrapped.
Sure, it's a copy-paste. But at least it was real.

From what I gather, the chinese yamato's combat instruction or rather repair is gonna heal a total of 7500 hp in the span of 3 full seconds. Idk about citadels but I can see it having use when you are doing a drive by or just need a quick 7.5k hp.

Undertaker took the words right out of my mouth about the Chinese Yamato's funni button gimmick with the "Imagine Schlieffen with that" Schlieffen would literally become unkillable if it had that
I used to take out an almost total secondary spec GK into arms race because when you get HP auto-healing your effectiveness skyrockets as long as you don't massively overpush or die early the secondaries would overwhelm enemies in the second half of a round, this secondary hit heal thing almost sounds like it'll work pretty similarly..
It looks like some developer had played ultimate admiral dreadnoughts and just decided to copy paste there wet dream builds into the game.
The board meeting for the changzheng will have been the fatest bag of weed you have ever seen and at the peak of everyones high they went: "lets now design a ship and see what happens"

Alsace loose both 2 seconds of reload AND 0.2 sigma compared to richelieu. Nerfing sigma when you get more guns, even in the same tech tree is pretty common in this game.
For a nation that didn’t have enough ships to even fill one line of cruisers, destroyers, carriers or battleships, they sure do find ways to fill lines out regardless. Meanwhile navies which DO have the ships to do it are lacklustre and they just pick a few ships of other classes as premiums.
Vodka bottles aside, at least Lesta is doing stuff that's completely out of leftfield and interesting.

I think the issue with plane based ASW on dutch ships is that both are called "Airstrike"
the strength preview would confuse players about if it's based on the actual or asw airstrikes, and they'd probably also synergize too well with an airstrike-focused gouden build...
if it's a coding issue, how about turn the depth charges into underwater mines that stay in the water for 1 minute so a sub can't chase to the corner of the map

I am trying to imagine how the deck would look, if that "heal" would make it into real life: The repair crew getting wiped off the deck, by shell casings from the secondary turrets. Drunk idea or not. that actually sounds like fun to play. I also think, the New Sovjet Tier x BB looks menacing as hell.

Wargaming effectivly is making a Battlecruiser line based on the Evolution/ theoretical evolution of The incomplete Borodino Class Battlecruisers (Aka The Izmail Class) which was based the then under construction battleship Nikolai the 1st. So in a Way the layout of the Nikolai heavily inspire this new battleship line. for me Casement secondary builds are fun given they can have laser accuracy with a build compared to twin turret secondaries.
It heals by getting secondary hits🤔

The Soviet navy pre and during WW2 was rather lackluster, mainly due to neglect and technological deficiencies. They had capable designers, but lacked the competent command structure, advanced heavy industry and experience of the larger navies.
Post WW2 the Soviet navy improved, particularly in the cruiser and submarine departments. Their main failure was a lack of attention to maintenance, an issue that plagues many 2nd tier navies.
The modern Russian navy doesn't have the economy or infrastructure to properly maintain or replicate many of their old soviet ships. Their carriers were built in modern day Ukraine.
Russia has never needed a navy for survival so it's always been a 2nd tier priority, since it's a land power with limited access to the seas and oceans.
