    I've had this tent for 4 years. Still in perfect condition and one of the best small tents I've owned

      How well does it hold up to a rain storm??? My grandson had a tent someone gave him and we had a storm come threw the other night and he got soaked. Want to find a good one man tent that’s not going to break the bank.

      @WoodKnock01 it's not storm proof, as for rain I haven't had a problem. For the price, it's still a great bivvy

    Awesome review, straight to the point, showed and told what's necessary, no 20 minutes extra gibberish.
    Thank you very much from Argentina.

    I bought this tent back in March 2017 for a bike touring trip. I was on the road for 7 months. I liked the tent a lot, it is light weight, easy and quick to set up, discreet colour, etc. but it has a big flaw. As you can see in 3:10, the "roof" is flat, and on heavy rain it will create a puddle on top of your feet. Eventually you will end up with wet feet. If you're gonna use this tent when it's pouring down, remember to set up a tarp on top or find out how to "stretch" that flat roof. I'll try with some paracord next time :)

      That doesn't happen if you use a couple of extra short guylines on the tie outs at the foot end of the fly (The ones he mentioned don't come with the tent). Use those two extra tie outs and the fly becomes nice and taut without that flat spot.

      I hear that buddy! The storm tests are always my favourite, even if the product falls flat on its face, it’s always a lot of fun to do! Thanks for your comment as always my friend, much appreciated 👍

    They are a good 1 man tent (its not a bivvi really) My mate has one and he likes it. I think the price is a bit high for what it is and why if you are doing a camo one, only camo half of it. 🤔

    • @TreeDeepOutdoors
      @TreeDeepOutdoors  Před 2 lety +2

      Hey Allan! It doesn’t seem like a bad tent although I have this nagging feeling that it may not do too well on the storm front.. but we’ll see! And I absolutely agree, it would make more sense to camo the whole thing! Thanks for your comment my friend, always appreciated and I hope you’re doing well! 👍

    That's a cool top; reminds me of the Solognac Tarp on Decathlon.

      Thank you sir! Yeah it’s a Solognac top, picked it up from Decathlon, I do like the style of this camouflage, I believe they call it Furtiv👍

    Noticed that there is no ceter clip on upper pole....does just tension keep the inner up? Seems like those clips will just slide down the pole??

    If you're open to a suggestion, have other conversions on screen for weights & heights, etc .
    Really enjoy your own style and personality to your reviews, very relatable!

    Put a stupid camouflage pattern on top and the children who like to play war in the forest will celebrate it like little boys celebrate their Matchbox cars..., super bad tent, with lots of areas where rain collects, very poor insulation values but it has a camouflage pattern, that's why the war boys like the thing...
