- Multi-camera, pro-audio capture of the full unedited performance by SATANIC PLANET on September 28th, 2023 at the Indiana State Capitol in Indianapolis, IN.
A historic performance in the halls of Indiana’s state government, manifested as a legal rebuke to Christian musician Sean Feucht’s “Let Us Worship” tour which was granted permission to perform earlier this year. SATANIC PLANET’s “Let Us Burn” tour is a manifestation of the Satanic Temple’s mission to promote religious freedom in all its forms, and was met with national news articles, heckling protestors, outspoken criticisms from religious communities and political organizations, as well as other setbacks. In the end, the performance was a peaceful, yet commanding display of Satanic values set to the soundtrack of esoteric string instruments leading a chorus of thunderous percussion, analog synthesizer, operatic chanting, spoken word affirmations, and wildly-screamed proclamations.

What an inspiring, hopeful, enthusiastic, passionate, and sincere display of incredibly talented artistry and unbridled self-expression! Beautiful performance!! (While the obnoxious screaming guy did indeed slightly interfere with the overall audio mix at times, his contributions of loudly outspoken ignorance and anger more than validated the crucial need for performances like this one in the first place. A total backfire on his part. His representation of "Team Jesus" came off as rude, mean, aggressive, intolerant, and profoundly unloving. Not surprising that the only utterance of any positive or loving sentiment such as, "We love you all," came from SATANIC PLANET.) Love y'all!!

Found this band on Spotify and had to search for videos. Which led me here. The screaming guy off to the side just sounds like another dimension to the music. In fact I think it adds to the message. I know this may not be the best example, but it reminds me of live recordings at The Mentors shows. You can hear an angry woman or two yelling at them lol!
