- The 'Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin' cast is spilling the bloody truth! Bailee Madison, Chandler Kinney, Maia Reficco, Malia Pyles, Zaria and Mallory Bechtel open up to ET's Deidre Behar about the upcoming season and what to expect. They share the actresses from the original 'Pretty Little Liars' series that they connected with prior to filming. They also tease 'A's identity and if we'll discover who's behind the mask by the end of season 1. When it comes to clues to look out for, each actress shares what fans must pay attention to if they want to get answers. Executive producers Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and Lindsay Calhoon Bring react to speculation that original 'PLL' actors may pop up in cameos. They also caution viewers about just how many deaths will occur on-screen before the season finale! 'Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin' will debut July 28 on HBO Max with three episodes. Two new episodes will follow on Aug. 4 and 11, with the finale 3 episodes debuting Aug. 18.

The show is amAzing. It has the horror mystery vibe that I wanted for the OG show to have. The new show has potential and can’t wait for more episodes to find out who A is.
This is such a great interview I love original pretty little liars it was iconic ,but Iam so excited for new series hopefully this show does the original justice.

This interview could have been about 5 minutes with the amount of info they couldn't say. Full confession: I'm watching this show because one of my favorite actresses (Lea Salonga) is going to be on it. Them mentioning that by episode 4 a lot of people may be gone (dead) makes me nervous. Hoping her character isn't one that's killed off (of killed off early).
he said that many of the characters that we meet by episode 4 will die by the end of the season

I think PLL was good for the period it was released. I dont think any PLL spin off will survive because they miss the essence of what made PLL great in the first place. Dynamic storytelling and multiple layers of intriguing mystery

I was a big pll fan but this show is good! Whilst I couldn’t even get through one episode of the perfectionist, I binged this one. I was praying too because I loooooved Sabrina and can’t stand river dale so I was hoping Roberto would do sth better than rivercrap
Also I feel this show is inclusive without beating you over the head with wokeness.

As far as thr body count is concerned, for the first 3 episodes you already 4 dead bodies.
This whole show is based on other movies!!! Not just filled with film references. Phantom of the Opera being the biggest influence - the creepy deformed masked guy killing people he doesn't like. The creepy big guy hanging in the shadows is from Halloween. The show's title should really be: "Big Lying Creep from a Mad Opera who isn't Pretty".
This show is literally "spaghetti thrown against a wall".

If there is a 2nd Season.it would be fun for a Katie. To be the next A, like she could be upset that she isn't included and tries to take revenge on Kelly, her mom, and Kelly's friends.maybe make a move on Greg. I would also love for Tabby and Imogen to maybe become more than friends or start dating guys they actually romantically have feelings for. Guys who are willing to take it slow. I also know what it is like to be sexually assaulted.
Hopefully it isn't terribly written and filled with plot holes like the original show.

as long as the writers have their story written out and they stick to it, it should be fine because people not doing that was what made the og the crazy ass mess it became

im skeptical last reboot cancelled after 1 season for bad ratings when all i see is complaints about the perfectionists being cancelled. Don't want to get hooked just for another cancellation.

The concept sucks and is a cheapened version of the OG, it's on HBO max which means they're going to put in a load of pornogrphic scenes (which is a bit absurd because the characters are 15), it's just a rip off. Their talk of 'triplets and twns' like that didn't ruin the final season of PLL is revolting. It just will inevitably flop. Also the fact it's being created by a Riverdale creator makes me so angry.
