Ezra was shit, they would have gotten rid of him a long time ago if they audience hadn't meowed so much over the actor. I hated how they gave Alison as Emily's final love interest because HELLO? the girl bullied her for so many years, using her sexual orientation against her, playing into her insecurities. And I'm pretty sure that, while I def remember Alison apologizing to Hannah for fatshaming her, she never apologized to Emily for what she did to her for so many years. Alison deserved dirt, she should have been A, she was planned as A, that one was very obvious until they created all these convoluted plots to "subvert the audience's expectations".

Ay, you were 11 though, as a kid when you see a romantic relationship I don't think you realise red flags until you're older and start to realise how messed up some people can be. Don't feel weird about it, be thankful that you know now that it was wrong. I'm sure loads of young kids watching the show thought it was fine, especially since they never explicitly said the age of Ezra.
@@mirathouartthou4835 True. And I think society really capitolises on romance from a young age and since Ezra and Aria were always going back to each other it led some to believe that their love was true when in reality it wasn't because Aria is underage and that shouldn't be normalised.
I preferred her with Jason. They had more chemistry between them than her and Ezra. I even liked her more with Riley, the punk rock guy she had a one night fling with and wished we had seen more of that, lol.

Emily donates her eggs to a fertility clinic for money, A steals them and impregnates Ali. Ali is then pregnant with Emily’s babies. She gives birth to twins
I don’t remember why or even if there was a reason for the whole story. I assume it was just there as a way to get Emily and Ali together, because they do get engaged and raise the babies
I think (?) the father is Ali’s husband and he worked with A. He was a doctor or psychologist or something, and had Ali committed to some sort of asylum. I think that’s where and when she was impregnated

I only ever watched like, the first 2 or 3 seasons, but I'm assuming the twin thing was a nod to the book series (of which I DID read all 18 books), where the major reveal had to do with an evil twin (won't say who so I don't spoil it, but it wasn't Spencer's)

I watched every single episode and I was STILL confused by the finale. This is a courageous undertaking.
Yeah so Mr. Fitz is literally even worse if you watch the whole show. He like dated Allie, was A for a hot second, and he KNEW Aria was a minor when they hooked up. He was also stalking her when he met her to write his book about her and her friends. And they still end up together, which is very messed up. Oh and, like a ton of people were A. It's all very weird.

Oh man, he cut out the best scene of the last episode of PLL. Mona having Alex (the twin) and her mother captured in an underground Dollhouse in Paris an the very End. I love the second when she is sipping her Tea, looking into the camera, and you just know she won the game back. Like the whole finale was so disappointing, but Monas Ending is just epic in my opinion. But then again i also just love her character /- development

The worst part about Aria and Ezra’s relationship is that later in the show they found out that Ezra was writing a book about them right after Alison went missing so he knew how old aria was the entire time cuz he had basically been previously stalking her.

The show takes place in Pennsylvania, so technically, Aria and Ezra could be together if he wasn't her teacher. Also Harden from ( after ) and Ren are both British and are using authentic accents. This show was a beautiful disaster, so confusing, honestly an absolute puzzle! I mean, PLL, the vampire diares, etc are sappy teen dramas, so I didnt expect the best shows ever created, but we're great at the time as a teen myself and in school at the time!
