I actually think this would have been an excellent sequel if it took place on the college campus. Like maybe they could have gave Julie more new friends and have them decide to be the only ones to stay there on break and be the only ones wandering campus freely before the killer starts to stalk them and maybe expose their secrets about one another. Idk🤷
I think it's because schools are cliché they didn't want to do that; however, that should have been the setting. Also makes no sense that Ray was able to travel the Bahamas in such a short time on boat to reach them in time.
