Oh Joe, I don't know how you do this, but somehow you can predict the future and upload videos of cars that I could not care less about but later down the road find myself considering. I am thinking about going for the 2020 SuperSnake and making it Baja to have a Supercharged V8 with offroad capabilities to go camping and checking out trails and dunes, while still being able to cruise past traffic on the freeway. Love you always and hope you cover more fast and offroad trucks! Always wishing nothing but success and fortune for you and your loved ones.

120k for a truck with 525HP. You could buy 2 raptors for how much that truck costs. They put like 10-15k in mods and slap a 120k price tag on there. That is insane.

Great video. Very well presented and the truck is awesome. I have 2 questions though:
1) what happens if the truck goes to a very high altitude area where there is a scarcity of air. Somewhere like 15k ft above Sea level.
2) how good does it fare against the Ram Power Wagon?

1.) Well you will lose some power, but not as much as a normally aspirated engine. If you were going to be at that altitude for a while then you can get it tuned for that altitude to perform better.
2.)I've seen standard Raptors outperform against the Ram Power Wagon

For me it’s an honor to stand beside the first Shelby raptor, what a beast it is, it’s huge, the front bumper looks aggressive, in our country this beast cost around 540k dirhams (around 147k dollars), does this raptor have supercharger? I can’t see it well, the Shelby raptor’s supercharge , in our country, can be seen. When both the Shelby raptor and the f-150 were released in our country, people started to buy the Shelby f-150

Very nice truck, very nice video presentation. The question is do you really think those upgrades deserve 50k extra?? I understand it is an unique truck with a serial number but 50k still a lot for the upgrades you getting in exchange
To tell you the truth I would go standard Raptor and just keep the rest of the money!
@@RaitisRides Agree...IDK, $40K is too much for 75 more HP and 100 ft lbs of more torque. I guess the extra 75 HP is needed to move the added weight from the accessory upgrades. I'm very happy with my standard Raptor with 802A Pkg.

Love the look... which is why when I get my 2019 Raptor in September, I will add the chase rack and tire rack to the back, add new tires, replace the front bumper and save approximately $30,000. Come on... $120k for that truck? Absolutely sick but now way I could pay that price.
Shelby really knows how to overcharge. A v8 650hp Roush is 50k less and would smoke that truck in a straight line. Yeah it might be a little more capable off road, but honestly who is going to take it to those limits. Come on Shelby!!

Best looking truck out there in my opinion! Not much of a truck guy but this past year I have been seeing more and more raptors and I can’t help but admire them everywhere I go. This Shelby one is a neck breaker for sure lol. Great review as always!

Raiti's Rides awesome! Look forward to both of them. I have had paint bubbles on multiple body panels (doors/hood/roof) and have had bubbling and spidering on all the seams of the doors, hatch, and under hood. Also under the hood where the bubbling and spidering was happening the paint was falling off and there was some corrosion happening underneath... pretty much The whole car has pretty much been re painted at this point minus the quarter panels and fenders.

Korey Himself Lead Foot Grey is very unique!
That grey color, it similar shades also offered on various vehicles like the Toyota 4Runner, Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and Subaru WRX and other vehicles. Some hate it, and some like it. It gives a certain vibe and image that clicks with some, but is a very no nonsense performance image color. I love the Sonic Grey Pearl on the Honda Civic Sport Hatchback/Touring Hatchback, and was the color I must have, but I will choose the new Aegean Blue Metallic over that if I can get it when I buy mine.
I haven't watched this video yet, and probably would choose the Chevy Colorado ZR2 over this for my choice of super heavy duty off road truck, basically because I prefer GM over Ford, but have to say the this, the new Ranger, and the Edge Sport SUV, and a few other Ford models are pretty nice.

I am a Shelby owner but here is the problem with this blow dryer is the new 2020 Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring has 650lbs of torq and the 1st Gen Raptors with superchargers are putting out 700hp+ so Ford needs to go back to a V8 or use bigger turbo's. And the Eco-Boost barely gets better MPG
If I win the powerball I’m getting this then taking this with a trailer to Lamborghini, getting a gallardo then a Bentley unless I choose a Rari or another Lamborghini

Joe, I know your enthusiastic about anything Ford, let alone a Shelby Ford of any kind, but man, you're not as young as you were yesterday. Put into neutral and coast for while and keep that blood pressure under control. lol I need you around for at least one more Corvette review. lol
So, "There's not a Zonk to be found?" Hmmmm, I don't know about that. Did I see the door handle has a key lock? If so, ='s ZONK! Also, on the driver's door exterior, did I see a vertical push button key pad? If so, ='s ZONK! Now this is not a ZONK, but on the front of the front fender splash guards/fender flares, were those small directional lights and/or LED running lights? That's it. Please ZONE in on my potential ZONKs and let me know.
Okay, okay, how did I like the truck? Well, it will cost you to find out. LOL Like how about at least click bait that "Corvettes are on the horizon?" And remember, I'm not as young as I was when this video started 15:29 ago.
Peter, I don't know what it is I just get in the zone. The same thing happened with me an that ZR1 I did. I take great care of myself so don't you worry!
The door handle is an industry thing. If your key fob fails you can use the small key to get inside. For some reason Ford still uses keypads on some of their vehicles. I guess they want you to have the ability to lock your keys in if you are somewhere that you can't keep them on your person.
Those LEDs were just more lights you can turn on to see where you are going down that dark road behind your house that leads to your cabin full of moonshine!
I promise more Corvettes are coming! I have a very big weekend ahead of me that will have the plastic fantastic right in front of me!
PS I was able to scrap enough money together to where I will be going to the 2019 Detroit auto show!

I am so excited that you are excited about the upcoming Corvette footage! I am going to make it my mission to get more Corvette footage. The funny thing is I am a HUGE Corvette fan. My room my senior year of high school looked like a mini Corvette Museum. I remember when I was a kid during the IMSA GTP days yes the Porsche 962s were more reliable but I always cheered on the Corvette GTP race car that was fielded by Rick Hendrick's. As to remembering the Corvette GTP race car, no. You have to remember, you have a mind like a steel trap. Mine is just a "trap." I'm driving the staff who answer the phones at Medi Alert nuts I fear. Every time I press the button that I wear around my neck, I now get a busy signal. I don't know why, it's my cry for assistance, just like their ads say to do. "Help, I'm trapped in my mind and I don't know who I am." They use to answer and stay on the line and talk me through my hysteria and tell me in a cool, calming and reassuring voice, "You're Peter and your the biggest Corvette Fan on Raiti's Rides." It was like getting my daily evening warm milk before bed time from the nursing staff here at the home, that would gently send me off into the arms of Morpheus.
Now when I call I get automatically put into voice mail that instructs me to:
Press 1 if this is Peter and ask for Joe Raiti. (I don't know who the devil this Moe Racey is and I don't pay Medi Alert to speak to a stranger.)
Press 2 if you are stuck in a Mine and we will send a squad of Spelunkers. (Man, don't they understand English? My "mind" you dummies, it's my . . . . . . . oh yeah, my MIND! Plus, why would I want a squadron of Junkers? They haven't existed since WW1. Do they think I'm a total idiot? After all, I am the "Red Baron." Germany's greatest fighter Ace and recipient of the Blue Max!)
Press 3 if you are Peter's Nursing Home and we will immediately dispatch one of our highly trained psychiatrists that is currently on call. (I don't know if I'm in a Nursing Home, but for sure it is A Clean Well Lighted Place. As a matter of fact, I think that would make a great title for my next book.)
