For this week's PeakYourMind episode the Huffington Post challenged me to make a video sharing tips on how to live life fully.
They posed the question, if you had 6 months to live, what would you do?
If it were up to me, for starters I would:
1. I would kick fear to the curb. What's the point if the click is ticking right?
2. I would make a giant bucket list of all my goals, dreams, things I want to do and start knocking them off one by one.
3. I would screw 6 months, I'm gonna live another 30, 40, 100 years! (Thanks technology ;)

If I had 6 months to live I would say goodbye and thank every single person that showed me kindness in my life. I would spend my time between myself and my friends and family and make fun memories in pure bliss.
Best way to wake up and start the day! If I had 6 months left to live I'd make sure to forgive myself and others, and give as much of my time as I could.
I watched this and just told my parents I love them :) a few of your other videos also made me smile and brightened up my day bc of how bright and genuine you are. Thanks!

yo i had the same experience not a long time ago i had this crazy thought about having cancer, i was causing my own sickness. everyday i would wake up with the the thought of having cancer. little do i know i was getting sick and very depressed and my anxiety was causing chest pain. when i went to the doctor they told me i have nothing! that was when i realized what worry and having crazy thought could do to you. steel learning everyday on how i can be even more happy in life.

If I had 6 months to live I'd: go deep sea diving like I've always wanted to, write a book, take lots of pictures of beautiful places, and eat everything I wanted without worrying about having to stay fit 😅

Deep sea diving would be scary but honestly, i think it'd be amazing. Can you imagine all the colorful fish and coral reefs, ah, what a dream haha. If i wrote a book it would be probably be psychology related lol because I obtained my bachelor's degree in that field and i love it. It would either be a fictional narrative about a character with a psychological disorder and the consequences of that, OR i'd release a text book explaining psychological concepts >_

Great video! If I only had 6 months to live I'd probably make a list of every place in the world that I want to see and then convince family members to join me while i hit as many places as possible. :-)
Everything you said resonated with me really well ! I'm going into my final year at university and choosing what I want to do with my life. I want to move past focusing on potential salary and focus on how I can make a difference to the world and give back :)

So I feel like I should make the best out of it rather than stress out you know? What about you?

If I only 6 months left, I would spend so much time with my family and my boyfriend and I would do a lot of reading. I'd make a travel bucket list and take out a loan so I could actually go to all the places xD

I love my study and my student life. Maybe I would do a bit less homework and chill a bit more with friends, but still I would do almost the same as now.

I asked myself this question a year ago and figured out I wanted to live more honestly and fearlessly with the intention of growing better and positively influencing in the work that I do now (but back then I was in university) :)

This is an amazing video Martin! Definitely one of my faves. You are super inspiring. If I had six months to live, I would spend time with my amazing family and do a bunch of things on my bucket list. I would also help out at a homeless shelter because I have always wanted to. I would also fund-raise for a charity to give back in order to try and let someone else have a longer life. :)

If I had 6 months to live... I would make the most of every day and wake up like it was my first day alive on earth. I would create a list of everything I have every wanted to do and do them along with doing things I've been scared to do but always found interesting or exciting. I would never spend a day alone, instead I would spend it around the people that I love and would love to travel to meet new people or people who I admire who I would like to meet. If I would spend part of a day alone, I would take time to relax somewhere peaceful and inspirational or would spend the time doing something off my list. I would definitely take the time to become the healthiest I've ever been and to not give up on my life. I would give a special gift and letter to each person who has been a part of my life and has supported and cared about me. And lastly, I would write in a journal every day about my day and take pictures to remind me of the amazing days and life I have. Live life to the fullest!

+Dragonslayer Sammy t Hey there, the question wasn't for myself, it was just a general question I was curious about. I am having a little trouble myself though because though I'm doing a teaching degree, I want to help people and animals so I've wanted to be a counsellor/ social worker/ work with the rspca. The only kind of business I can think of is something like an animal cafe, taking in stray animals so it's kind of a therapeutic thing but otherwise, not much. I do also like reading.
AShadowWolf I think business ideas cook be things like creating a course (a few videos) teaching things like how to communicate with your animal (mindset, etc.), how to understand you animal. If you wanted to open a actual store you could do something like a cafe but instead be a school that works on creating a relationship between animal and owner more than what already exists (but this maybe tough to do so I have to think more on how to add value here and will get back to you after I look at other similar businesses and what they do). You could have coffee and tea in a small section too! And then sell your book right at the cashier. Making those youtube videos or course you would add massive value to a lot of people. Only thoughts and ideas here. I don't know if you want them haha :) Feel free to ignore any and just take from it what you like :)
