      Mindfulness is the answer for that :) Did it myself!

      Agree with Luuk! It takes "mindfulness" which many pros teach for over-thinking/ruminating, which is a form of anxiety/OCD. The mental rev is slowed down when you choose to focus on the present moment and nothing else: the sounds , scents, and sights around you...how your body feels (breathing, heart, weight of your feet, etc.) And breath deeply and slowly at the start to bring down your rev. Check the internet for more info on Mindfulness. It has cured my panic/anxiety and over-thinking along with my personal mantra, "All is well, right here, right now." :)

    omg I have my first day of school tomorrow and I was so nervous I was literally crying because I got bullied before but I did work it made my stomach ache go away and my headache went away and I just felt way more confident and way better

    The strangest thing for me is I can feel totally confident and secure, happy, whatever, even during conversations with people but still whenever i come in contact with anyone, even people I know fairly well like family, I cant make eye contact, my face sweats till its dripping and I shake so violently people are like ".....are you...okay?" and I have no idea what to say, because I *feel* emotionally fine but my body is sending off soooooo many anxious/nervous signals. :s

    Great tips! :) I've felt very low recently from listening to other people's opinions too much. Essentially I tried to repress how others were making me feel and I was but eventually it's beginning to catch up and I've been losing the physiological conflict lately but I think using tips like this can help to get back to winning ways! :)

    I did the exercise and i thought of moments where I was really owning it and to be able to bring it up at any moment and everywere is amazing. For me it only happens here and there but thanks to your help am confident that am going to start a new life being confident anywere at anytime!! Keep up the good work

    this is really cool! but honestly it was kind of hard for me to remember a point where I was completely confident.. my mind kept drifting to the times when sing on stage but even those times I was really nervous! im gonna have to think of some better memories haha

    This really helped. I was having a bad day today and I spontaneously came up with this game where I think of a situation where I felt happy/courageous/confident/excited, whatever and it really helps!! I'm gonna add the anchor to it though, that's a good point. Also, I have confidence linked to Roar by Katy Perry, because I spontaneously had that song in a dream right before my last exams in high school and then I listened to it right before and it really boosted my ego, so I listen to it everytime I need to feel confident and strong.

    It was really easy for me to grasp the feeling, and even to intensify it, but it did also feel a little awkward. I really like this concept though, and am going to practice it.

    I love your inspiring videos.. but the fist movement didn't really work for me for some reason.. I couldn't feel connected to it.. I'll try to think of another movement that might help me get that feeling

    I feel like the reverse is true for my anxiety and negative body image triggers in my life. For example, something will trigger me to feel bad about my body like seeing a model in a magazine. Do you think that kind of response can be unconditioned this way?

      Ashley Randolph It definitely can. If something like that triggers you negatively take a second to breathe and flood yourself with self-love and appreciation. You might want to try it in front of a mirror. You don't have to look at your body but look into your own eyes and tell yourself that you love yourself, that you're valued, that you're beautiful inside and out.
