I think people are being too harsh on the new devs. Of course they're not going to add an entire new reserve before having any experience with adding animals. First they did a reskin update, then a bug fix update, now a new animal. That's a logical way to go. I think they're doing good.
Yeah, they do very well. Small steps at first. Clever thing to do. Maybe this game will rise again :D But I can see already more players online, more multiplayer servers, I'm glad. Now they could fix small text errors in game website - small, but good step :)
They are called snow geese because they are white, not because the live in arctic environment. They do fly way up in the tundra but only in summer. Fun fact, while feeding they pluck the grass with the roots and when in big numbers turn the whole area desolate starving themselves. Anyhow any update in the game is appreciated.
Red Orchestra yes they breed in the prairie grass of the tundra and when hunted they are usually hunted over fields with no snow but hey they wouldn’t add a reserve just for the snows but whatever

The “melenistic” is actually called a blue goose they are just a common feather variant of snow goose so hopefully they don’t make the “melenistic” somthing rare to shoot
@diamondhunters I really think they will change it eventually but if we keep killing them I think eventually we will get one weather they change it or not I have 1300 kills on Canada’s and only one rare but I’m hoping by the time I get 1500 kills on snow geese I will get a blue goose so I just keep hunting them and eventually I will get one

Should I make the purchase? It took me a long time to get to the 4900 GMs I earned through hunting deer and rabbits.
The only thing that's better about the crossbow is that you can literally shoot anything. Though you should get the reverse draw crossbow instead. It's a lot better.
I’m rather disappointed, we already have ducks and two other types of geese, they really should put cougars on timbergold. That would complete timbergold.

I don't know ,but from what theyre saying on the twitch stream I think this game is a different flavor, and going to be supported as it still has a strong playerbase and interest, theyre keen to run both this and CoTW. :)
lmao i was playing classic the last 2 days and found out there have the blue snow geese has a rare lmao that is wrong, there is 10 mil blues and snow in there world they are not a rare
Tell also how much all eqipment cost, and there is no missions on these goose. And - this map is boring, and there is no any different of hunting this new goose of others. Just simple try to lure donate from players
These are on Whiterhine Ridge, loads of animals there. I didn't check for a mission on the geese yet, the shotgun is same price about as normal shotguns, this one is 3 shot semi and arctic camo. clothing if you don't have the arctic stuff look in the store, grab for ingame currency or grab a bundle for money, in bundles you can also find the snow goose bundle for money.If wanting to get just from ingame and no real money its not so hard. If you do other missions on other maps, youll have plenty of ingame credits to get this set, not expensive. Nice to see new life coming back in to Classic.regards.

I have seen problem 500 snow geese so far and have not seen one blue it needs to be changed.

The “melanistic” geese, are actually Blue Geese, which is a very common color phase of Snow Goose.

Why don't you start with the caller and a few decoys, and then keep adding decoys as you get more and more birds?

The only thing that's better about the crossbow is that you can literally shoot anything.
Though you should get the reverse draw crossbow instead. It's a lot better.
