I copy all your waterfowl setups! You find the best spots. I remember copying your Rougaroo Bayou setup many years ago and still use it. Thanks for the hard work, making life easy for all us sinners.

Nice video. I'm looking at getting camo for whiterime and I would like the arctic fox clothing and the sneaky 3d arctic ghille suit. What would you pick between the two?
I believe it does partially. The upper part of you that is not protected could be seen, but I have no solid info. There was a forum post many years ago where a developer explained that for example in a blind, the animal can still see a part of you and protecting that (jacket;hat) would be better.
I would have to try. While looking for good spots I did this in another place. Call them in as soon as they descend to land and if they fly towards you it will work.
Hi HooCairs. I would like you to make a comparison video between theHunter 2012 and theHunter Classic. I personally consider original theHunter (2009-2012) a better game . Hand , gun reload, caller, binoculars, pheasant animations felt so much better and the game felt kinda more premium back then. Of course that the game got more reserves, weapons and much more, but the simplicity and the original animations are what made original theHunter much better game. If only they could return old main hand animations .

Ein paar Ideen: 1. Lass sie angreifen und weiche dann aus. Dann kannst du sie volle Breitseite schiessen aus nächster Nähe. Die Lunge ist riesig. 2. Du lässt sie von weitem angreifen, so dass sie dich nicht ganz erreichen können, dann Schuss aufs Hirn. 3. Du rennst um sie rum, und bevor sie starten können zum Angriff, Schuss aufs Hirn.
So, ich habs jetzt. Variante 1 klappte im 4. oder 5. Versuch. Man muss sehr dicht ran, weniger als einen Meter. Die Kopfschüsse gingen bei mir nicht durch, hatte ich auch probiert, auch aus diversen Distanzen. Die Weibchen sind um einiges leichter zu händeln. Danke nochmal und viel Glück allen Anderen.

Update. The goose standing bug hasn't happened to me because I've been using ground blind/no blind. I just bought a waterfowl blind and it has started happening to me too.
I am pretty sure it is independent of blinds. When there has been no call in a while (since we are shooting around chasing all animals away), as soon as the geese are rendered, the algorithm detect spawned animals in the render range and makes one of them call, which then happens to be a goose. I think they suppress this with ducks but forgot to do it for geese.
Hoo if you can at some point can you make a video on how to kill a magpie with the snakebite bow (last magpie mission in the set) I tried for a few hours before I happened to get it. Wasted a lot of arrows.
One year late but might help someone. Do a setup where your decoys are very close to the blind, they should fly so close to you they are instantly spotted and thats your chance. Need to shoot good :)
They are loud when moving around and might be suitable for stand hunting. Since I don't in stands for very long and even in stands have no issue with camo, I never bothered with the ghillie suits.
@@HooCairs Do you think it's worth to buy them for ambushing foxes? I wanted something that can keep me hidden for long enough in order to let me get an arrow in before the fox spooks, and was wondering if the ghillies are better than the 3D clothing for that...
@@alanwatts8239 For foxes and coyotes, you don't need a special camo. You need to keep at least 30m between you and them. I shoot them nicely with the bow as long as I keep this rule in mind.
