Hello!! I just moved into Dominion and I'm trying to set up my Alexa for the second time. I noticed you had one in one of your previous videos and was wondering how you did it. I'm stuck on the part where you connect to the wifi the Echo is emitting but it's not connecting and idk where to go from there

I think maybe try to connect it to the MASON network? I don’t really remember I’m sorry😭 You can always email or call IT services and they’ll help

Hi! I have two alexa’s in my dorm. You’ll need to register your devices MAC addresses at mydevices.gmu.edu . The MAC address can be found on the bottom of the box they came in, or on the setup screen for the device. Then they should easily connect to the Mason network!
