I’m 62. Born, bred, raised, educated, live, work in the UK (Scotland). Furthermore, I was raised as a kid in the family ice cream, confectionery, grocery store. Know what? Except for the Walkers shortbread and the wine gums (which, incidentally, are not supposed to be bitten but chewed whole)… I’ve never ever heard of nor even *seen* *any* of those other supposedly British snacks.
You would be better off having somebody in the UK sending you some snacks rather than these boxed goods- these boxes contain some bizarre assortments . Most of these I've never heard of !
Coffee crisp..any brtish people out here not heard of this.🤣
This is strange. I have never seen a coffee crisp bar anywhere in the UK. They originated in Canada.
Coffee Crisp bars are indeed Canadian and have never been on sale anywhere in the UK - just more evidence that the people who put these packages together have next to no idea about what comes from where.
Snap I havnt either and I'm born and verd uk
I have never seen any of these brands here in the UK! I think you been scammed 😂 maybe you should make a PO box and have your viewers send you REAL British snacks👍
I love this Nick, keep making this cute vids with ur sister ❤️
Emily if ur reading this pls bring home multiple coffee crisp bars thank u
Sorry to let you down but coffee crisps is not British it is from Canada and the hop chips are not British to they are from India
@@markhope5169 cofresh is a british?

I wish Americans would stop falling for these "British" snack boxes. No idea where they source the products but as someone from the UK, I've literally not seen any of these brands in my local super markets. Take the coffee crisp bar for example - its from Canada not the UK!
Burts is a growing company that is getting bigger each year, they are from Plymouth and if you have ever eaten a supermarkets own brand crisps then you have tasted Burts as they may a lot of the bigger chains 'special' ranges.
Loved the vid bestie
Do a q&a pleaseee
Yesss
I love this duo!!
British snacks rule. My personal faves are jacobs cracker crisps (sour cream and chive flavour), percy pigs, jaffa cakes, monster munch (pickled onion flavour), sweet and salty popcorn, tyrells veg crisps, after eights, topic chocolate bars....... So many, not sure if all of these are British made but definitely loved by us. Make sure you try some of these!
i’m here for this content
I am a Brit and I have never in nearly 60 years seen these products, no way are they British, you were conned.
1) The Guiness crisps I have heard of 2) Never seen or heard of that coffee bar.
3)Never seen kr heard of that meringue bar.
4) Never heard or seen Grandma Wild's mini bites
5) Burts cheese & Onion crisps heard off
6) Buts S & V crisps heard off
7) Walkers shortbread heard off
8) Reeds biscuits never seen or heard of
9) Never seen or heard of those hot chilli hoops before.
10) Never heard of that brand of wine gums before. Though we do have wine gums but other brands such as Rowntrees or Barrats
Your sister will have problems getting the products as never seen majority of them for sale in the UK only the Crisps/chips.
Re wine gums: You may have heard of Maynard-Bassett wine gums, but not 'Barrats'! Rowntrees have produced fruit gums for a long time, but never 'wine gums'.
Shortbread is one of the best things out of the UK, and Wine Gums are so so good! But out of all of them, I only knew 3 of them!
Lol I’ve never seen any of these brands of these before and I’m from London!
Yeah, I haven't heard of or seen most of these before.
Your sister is in London? She can buy her own original UK snacks 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Coffee crisp is canadian but it would sell well in the UK because a lot of ppl hear like coffee and tea
Grandma Wilds is a local firm near to me they do amazing biscuits. I haven't heard of most of the others except walker's.
what i like to do with short bread is get some vanilla icecream 3 or 4 scoops then crush the short bread up in a bag and then cover the icecream with the crumbs, then eat... you might like it... if you try it...
You've been had. The only place those British snacks are found are in a warehouse in subcontinental Asia flogging them at inflated prices to Americans make these type of videos
Where's the Monster Munch, Twiglets, Terry's Orange, Pickle Onions, Pickle Eggs, Lemon Curd, Pork Scratchings, Boost bar, Hula Hoops, Tunnocks, Irn Bru and the rest?
Seriously, get the cute one to buy a load of snacks on the way back from Blighty - and don't forget the proper Kit Kat!
we do have regular salt n vinegar in the UK but those aren't considered very special...those are the sort of thing you get in every shop...more creative brands tend to do malt vinegar or other types of vinegar flavour chips.
U both so cuteee
Hey guys, nice review, shame your products are not typical British snacks.
Brands you should look for are Cadburys, walkers, Frys, Rowntree (owned by Nestle), McVite's, Maynard, Bassett's, Nestle's, Tyrrells,
Don't forget twiglets.
I’ve never seen any of these brands in the UK
Ditto. I've also never seen most of these snacks in the UK. I was suspicious when the first thing out of the box was Guinness brand beer flavoured crisps. They've got to be Irish. Walker's shortbread is the only brand I recognise.
I just got this box but my box didn’t have the coffee crisp! It was in your box!
I am from London born and bred ,NEVER seen or heardof or tasted ANY of your Candy box looks like a promo box of new British snacks ,
Born and raised in UK, and I've never seen any of those except the shortcake biscuits. Think you been tricked.
The “Mmmm thick” has me dying 😂😂😂
Theres no coffee crisps in uk there Canadian only original toffee crisp are in uk
Never heard of some of these, i live in the north of England so they might be popular in other areas
wine gums are from the temperance movement they was created as an alternative to alcohol
What website did you order that from ?? Thanks
that was a gourmet box!
These are not well known snacks in the U.K., pretty bizarre !
We have much better general brands than these niche items.
Burts is the only brand in this video that are not small/rip off brands.
Think you must have got these from some obscure shop as living in the UK can only name 3 of these items. Strange items??? Have you done a biscuit taste test?
If you haven’t try some . Have a cup of British tea ready to dunk the biscuits
In the tea. Hope you get some sent to you. Regards from Manchester UK.
PS our chips are fried in fat, the things you have been eating are crisps. Enjoy!
Finally we don’t put additives in our products like USA
Where did you get these ? Hardly any are popular or known in the UK !
I live in the uk and of heard of Guinness chips and burts and the shortbread but the others items I’ve never seen or heard of in the uk , how strange is that .
Why would you think Guinness crisps would taste like chocolate??
When Sarah reminded you that you don't like white chocolate lol
They are not the every day popular brands of Britain. They seem a bit up market in comparison to the more known brands.
I live In the uk these are snacks I have never seen any of these in any shops looks like a posh hamper selection
Aww doesn’t have emily miss her.. 🥺🥺😔
I'm 52.
Never seen Guinness crisps in my life, Guinness is also an Irish company so it's not part of Great Britain, Northern Ireland IS part of the United Kingdom but Guinness Breweries is based in Dublin, Ireland (Not part of the UK or GB)
Coffee Crisp is not British, it's a Canadian snack.
3:57 Never heard of em
4:49 Never heard of it, can guarantee it's not from the UK. It doesn't sound like something that would sell well here.
5:43 Burts are apparently based in Devon, England so they are British, can't say I've heard of them but apparently they supply to Tesco which is one of our big superstore chains.
8:01 Walkers is a big company in Scotland, probably the biggest shortbread/shortcake manufacturer. My friend's mother used to work for them when we were kids so we got loads of the rejected broken biscuits.
Have to agree with other posts i have never heard or seen any of those items at all, are they from some alternative British universe
Try Japanese snacks one dayy! 🙃
Coffee crisp are Canadian. Toffee crisps are the British equivalent. I have never seen that meringue bar in the UK and coffee crisp is not sold in the uk unless on Amazon as far as I know.
Think you got a mixed box
Guinness comes from Ireland not the UK, also we call them crisps not chips. To us chips are what you call fries.
Any man that will give away his Coffee Crisp is worthy of the highest respect. Sir, you are a gentleman and a scholar.
I'm in the UK and never heard of most of these
Same here, the only thing out of these I know are the wine gums. They used to be my favorites but they taste a bit waxy to me now except the ones in the bassetts mix ups, not sure why those taste good & the ones in an actual wine gums bag are waxy but they just are.
i'm born and bread in the uk and don't know any of these brands
Those are very uncommon brands our biggest brand of crisps and potato snacks is Walkers which is co owned by Lays
I don't recognise half of these products - certainly not common here in the UK
Jesus! I do not know ANY of these apart from wine gums and shortbread
I'm British, and most of those I have never heard of, seen in a shop or tried.
Sounds like the website selling them is on a scam
R u sure they are British foods. I from England and only thing I saw is British Burt’s crisps
I have never seen any of those brands and have lived in the UK for 40+ years. I guess just because someone puts a British flag on something doesn't mean its actually UK sourced.
why do all these youtubers say cheers every time? we only say cheers when we raise a glass (beer) or sometimes used instead of saying thank you.
Indian snack brand would indicate that they’re not British
I've been British all my life and I don't think I've seen any of these products .
These aren’t UK snacks though!😂
these are not british snacks we dont eat any of those over here
Are you sure these are brutish treats never heard off most of them!!!!!
None of what you ate are well known brands in the UK, still a good video though 😊
?? guiness? ive seen the guiness crisps and burts
@@annother3350 They're kinda niche products and not market leaders, you might see them in the odd shop here and there but they're not like Walkers cheese and onion or salt and vinegar, which you will see from one end of the country to the other.
It's a bit like how you may have seen a few Ferraris over the years but you wouldn't call them a regular car or a normal daily occurrence.
@@JohnSmith-ki2eq No, but i'd think of them as gourmet treats...like a ferrari!
@@annother3350 LoL, that one time you went out for chocolate truffles and ended up with a Ferrari 😄😄😄
@@JohnSmith-ki2eq the thing is I told my partner I was going out for a Ferrari...
P.S NOT CHIPS 😡 crisps
You’ve got a fake U.K. box
Mmmmm, thick!
I’m really sorry guys but most of the stuff you’re eating isn’t even English! Sadly The coffee crisp is Canadian and The cheesy biscuits I’ve never heard of and I am born and raised and still live in London England!
Sorry you two, you need to check your source of these snacks. Definitely not your usual products most of us here have ever heard or seen. Someone's had you on.
Hiya from England. As other people have commented it would be better if you can have someone from the UK send you a BOX of TRUE English snacks. I have not heard of half these products. Especially COFFEE CRISP.
These companies who provide these so called 'BRITISH SNACK BOXES' are misleading you under what in Uk is called the Trades Description Act.
You need to obtain things like =TUNNOCKS TEA cakes, TWIGLETS , HULA HOOPS, MARMITE, CUSTARD CREAMS
Those aren't proper British snacks. They're those cheap snacks that no one has ever seen....maybe sold in obscure locations or bought in bulk for a bed & breakfast.......they're cheap non branded ones..
