Rolos are originally British too. If you like dark chocolate, we also have Bourneville chocolate. If you compare Cadbury’s with Hershey’s, it tends to offend British people as Hershey’s has chemicals in it that are banned in the UK. We don’t add fake colours or flavours. We also have fresh milk in our dairy chocolate not dried.
KIT KAT is British by Rowntrees and has been around since 1935 and was originally named chocolate crisp.
You say KitKat like it's American. Nope: British.
Kit Kat was originally made by Rowntree Mackintosh, who were a firm from York, England..... They were taken over by Swiss firm Nestle, who sold the American rights to the biscuit to Hershey..
why were we so awkward in the intro 💀
The honeycomb in the Crunchie is boiled sugar cooked until golden, with bicarbonate of soda added when hot and added golden syrup which is whisked vigorously until it goes honey coloured then it is poured into a tray and left to harden.
Also known as cinder toffee :)
I love when you three post together the videos are so funny
It's so weird hearing our chocolate referred to as candy. My British head just can't accept it
🤣🤣🤣♥️♥️xx
Me too, candy here in the uk is a very different thing
Kitkat is British it was invited in york England
We do have other brands of chocolate not just Cadbury’s
Purple is the Cadbury corporate colour. The rival to Cadbury is Galaxy people tend to favour one or the other. Yes we have sour patch kids. However the main gummies are from Haribo
Without trying to sound to vulgar it’s impossible to compare Hershey’s to Cadbury’s to someone from the U.K. as Hershey’s tastes of vomit to us , it’s because US chocolate contains butyric acid something we don’t use over here so when we taste it it tastes like vomit . Well worth googling it 😬👍🏻
its so crazy watching you guys eat our uk candy and it be so different to american chocolate
Both Picnic and Crunchie were inherited by Cadbury when they owned and ran Fry’s who were based near Bristol (Keynsham). Fry’s no longer exists but these two plus Turkish Delight, and Fry’s Chocolate cream continue under the Cadbury flag. Both Cadbury and Fry were Quaker families - Elizabeth Fry appears on our banknotes too.
Wow, I had no idea! Thank you for sharing!!
The Rowntree family were also Quakers.
I like how you pronounce "caramel" correctly!
Yep, a breath of fresh air hearing that.
The stinging in the back of your throat from hershys is butyric acid, that's why most chocolate from american tast like vomit.
Thats what I thought the one time I had Hershey's chocolate. Thank god we have cadburys & galaxy.
I could really use a picnic bar rn
Love the video, glad you liked some of our chocolate you should try more, did you know Kitkat and Rolo is British? it was first made by Rowntrees Mackintosh in Britain then sold worldwide
Cadbury are pretty much the king of chocolate in UK...other countries do sell Cadbury but not everyone has the rights to use their "true recipe" as they call it. i learned this when i went to a Cadbury factory once. apparently USA is one country that does not have those rights...so Cadbury may taste different in the USA...well actually i'm pretty sure it does cause i've tasted it.
purple is very much cadbury's signature colour, they also like to use orange n yellow's.
Cadbury’s Chocolate sold in America is made by Hershey’s under Licence and they do not use the exact U.K. recipe. Cadbury’s U.K. are not allowed to export their products to America, as Hershey’s successfully lobbied the US Government to prevent their import to the ‘Land of the Free’, or in this case ‘Free from Genuine Cadbury Chocolate’ 😷😀
the US version of cadbury products is a lot different to the UK, ingredients is a key factor, i have travelled to and from the UK a thousand times over the years and tasted a great many US candy compared to UK, the main factor is the US chocolate contains mainly powdered milk where as the UK only use fresh milk straight from the dairy farm... the Sugar is also a key factor, what type of sugar it is and what plant it is from gives different taste...
Fantastic I enjoyed ur videos 👍
Happy to see u friend and good luck
1:28 It's not ALL Cadbury at all, there are several other large companies. Mars, Thorntons (although they recently had a lot of problems), there's quite a few others.
Watching you guys eating makes me crave chocolates 🤤
a raisin is a dry grape
The smiling was hilarious 😂 😂😂
My husband is American and much prefers our chocolate. I tried American chocolate once and thought it tasted like vomit 🤢 Never again!
Nestle make Kik Kat in europe. But it was originally invented by Rowntrees Confectionary Company in 1935. Kit Kat then is made by herseys in USA .
This was fun to watch! Does your dad live in England?
when he says cadbury that takes me back to the film richie rich! glitch in the matrix
If you want to try more give the British candy box a try, from CZcamsrs this with them, you would get chips, chocolate n candies
I'M FROM UK AND IT'S chocolate NOT CANDY BUT LOVE YOUR VIDEOS
Double deckers are bombbbbbbb
As A British Person, I just Want To Say That I Have Never Seen Or Heard Of A Cadbury Starbar 👀😂
What’s with the cheers? Just get it down yer neck!!
KitKat, Rollo, Starburst, Skittles all originally from the UK
We have nature valley bars in the UK too
American chocolate is too sweet. British chocolate is much creamier I think. Cadbury’s is nice bug I prefer Galaxy. Out of that mix, picnic and Starbars are my favs xx
Before watching, I hope you enjoy the Double Decker, My all time fave.
Picnic is my fave.
Starbar can't be compared to peanut butter, they are a 10.
so girl on the left can’t eat crispy things with sweet stuff, but you can eat chocolate with coffee? Black coffee no sugar is the correct way to drink coffee, and the chocolate would make it taste so much more bitter than it already is.
Hello from the UK 🇬🇧💞🌹 you're a decent lad , enjoyed the video, two good looking girls as well ,stay safe and nice video 👍
Resiss Kit Kat, sorry but Kit Kat is British, you Americans get your under licensed one we get our original one which tastes much better.
My fave is the Cadbury Flake bar. Haven't had one for 15 years because I moved to the US in 2006 and there is not an equivalent here.
you need to try black pudding full English breakfast and a good roast dinner
Junk food is cheap here in the UK in lockdown I got addiced fast and with all the sweets and desert we have I gained a fonnominal 85lbs in 6 months and a massively increased waist line to prove it
The middle of the crunchy is cinder toffee
Yeah the starbar does have peanut butter in the centre
A cadburys flake, theres no way back once tasted
I love Hershey and Reece chocolate....and I'm British lol
have you guys tried peppermint aero from the u.k.🇬🇧which is where I am from?
That ‘marshmallow” is nougat in the double decker
I’m hungry now
You know what? I think I have a crush on you. You’re personality is just so cute and funny🥰
Hi I’m still excited for mason university first time going to college
❤❤❤❤❤
We don't call it candy 😂
Hopefully I can meet in gorge mason university one day
Random questions but I noticed you all say caramel like we do here in the uk pronounced "cara mell" where as every other video I've watched with Americans they say " car mall" I always thought all Americans say "car mall" but im guessing maybe different parts of the states pronounce it different?:) either way its a thumbs up 👍 because you've pronounced it correct in my eyes :D
People say it both ways here!
@@NickCarr ahh cool never knew that :) always heard it the other way
I was raised on Curly Wurlys, I didn't know you could still get them.
Your sister kinda reminds me of Rory Gilmore
chocolate in America normally has acid in them hence why you have a burning feeling like you have just thrown up, us from Europe don't have acid in our chocolate so we don't like American chocolate, well some
Try some crisps!
I eat picnic instead of a workout 🇬🇧💞🌹
How come you say caramel properly like we do and not “Car mal” like other Americans?
Many of us pronounce it that way. Not sure of the %, but everyone I know. I never understood that carmul bullshit either haha.
Yeah the Cadbury's colour is Purple.
American chocolate has butyric acid in it, which is the primary cause of the smell and taste of vomit...
Kitkat is Nestle not Hersheys
FYI Cadbury Caratmel is the one with all those commercials of the animated bunny with the seductive voice.
Hey beaver, why are you beavering around? I still say, Take it easy with Cadbury caramel now when someone near me is beavering around.
lol did you use a peeling knife to cut the chocolate? oh dear
no there chocolate bars
Kit Kat is british.
Sorry but how can't you like cereal 😂😂? What do you eat for breakfast?
Don't mension Hershey
Harry potters twin sister
You honestly look so English I was surprised when you spoke
Order galaxy
Not such a thing as British candy, its sweets or confectionery.
Kit Kat is British...its has been made in Britain for 90= years...
our chocolate is real chocolate not like jerseys it's got chemicals in it and taste like some one vomited it's crap I think if you tried all of our brands you would like them
It's chocolate not candy
Hersheys tastes like plastic
Definitely don’t think I’ll be able to eat Hershey’s again after trying this 😂
What I noticed about all Americans that do these types of videos one of them will get the chocolate and break it up and hand it to the others, that's a big no no here.
Good video.
picnic bars are not it icl 💀
They are SWEETS AND CHOCOLATE,NOT TREATS OR CANDY,and why the awkward introduction,
Please stop comparing Cadbury to Hershey Cadbury don't put an enzyme from vomit in their chocolate, do some reasarch
