Muting and Controlling Audio in LumaFusion

- There are two ways of adjusting audio in LumaFusion-on a clip individually using the Audio Editor, or using the Audio Mixer to adjust an entire track or project's audio level.
In this video, Androu shows you how to use them, and examples when you might use these features.

I have a question about audio in Lumafusin.
I keep my overall audio on green light which is zero then I keep my background music on minus 20 and voice-over plus 5.
But after uploading my videos on CZcams the sound is too low. Sometimes I have to increase the TV volume up to 50 or 60 out of 100.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Sara, sorry this has taken a while. I am not quite sure what CZcams does with audio, but it is our experience that things sometimes sound too quiet as well. ...which should give you a good jumping-off point on this. If CZcams is your primary delivery point, it might be worth doing some testing to see if there is an adjustment factor you should build in to get the final result you like. Hope that helps.

If my video file has multichannel audio... like an apple pro res file which has 4 channel audio... does luma fusion import it?
Yes, most likely. Some new options will appear in the Panning menu in this case, and usually by selecting and duplicating audio tracks you can isolate each channel. What is the best way if we want to tweak someone’s voice completely. I’m thinking like in a humorous way where we make it super high pitch or really deep?
Hey there, I like to start with the Graphic Equalizer--just start playing around with it to see what changing the different frequencies does to the sound. You can also try some of the other audio tools--Pitch, Distortion, Delay, Reverb... it's really all about exploring. Need to add the ability to zoom into the audio timeline when keyframing. keyframing a 3 min audio backing track is painfully difficult.

How do we add audio fx to the master audio track?
At present adding effects is clip by clip, apart from Mute or Gain up/down, which happen in the track header at the left end of the Timeline.

Hello, unfortunately your device is not supported. Even among devices which can run the required operating system version, not all can work with LumaFusion. The only solution we know of is to purchase a device which will work with LumaFusion, unfortunately. Sorry I don't have better news for you.
