Can you explain what you mean by your hair couldn’t “handle” sisterlocks? I am getting them in April and a little nervous now
@Muthoni Gota Just seeing this. Tbh the back half is super soft not sure what type it is. It grows out of my locs all the time and I am 26 months in
@Ncognito579 Don't be nervous. If you got your consultation and she cleared you, you are fine. When I got my consultation, my loctitan looked and my hair and said the texture is too soft. We had to combine a good 10-12 locs due to my hair texture changing and the locs thinning. I hope that makes sense
Don't be nervous. Trust me, your loctitan is well versed and she will be able to guide your hair. I have microlocks and they work well for me and my hair. I may do a loc video on my hair to give an example.
That grid does look amazing! I’m getting my install next week and was strolling thru videos and came across yours. The same person is doing mine next week. I’m flying across the country to get it done by her! Yes, she’s amazing!

Love the video! What advice would you give to someone who is on the fence of getting Sisterlock?
Thanks for tuning into the video. If someone is on the fence about sisterlocks I would advise them to continue researching sisterlocks and to schedule a consultation with a loctician. After that, I would highly encourage them to move forward with getting sisterlocks. Sisterlocks is an investment that is worth is. I love that my hair is always done when I wake up and I’m excited to see how my hair flourishes.

Hold on you’re steaming and adding water to AVOID slippage🧐 , I think you have that backwards you AVOID water and products on your hair to AVOID slippage
