Moving is super stressful & it will take you awhile to settle in. When you feel up to it, you may enjoy some of Home Free's songs from their new album. Think you did a couple already. Some other original songs are "So Long Dixie", "Road Sweet Road", "Givin' Up On You" (with Texas Hill) etc. They also recently did a very funny animation version of "Mississippi Squirrel Revival" that will put a smile on your face.
Of the many and varied things I’ve done with my life (several moves included) I’ve never had the courage to pick-up everything and take off cross county to start over fresh someplace new. You are a brave man Travis, I envy you. What was the impetus for your decision to do this? What an adventure! I may be a little jealous. Your friends and followers are here patiently waiting for your next installment. Take care of yourself and things will start falling into place. When you finally feel rested, refreshed and a bit more settled we are expecting a nice, long livestream with a tour of your new digs and a puppy update! (How are the pups handling all this?) The existential stuff in flux can certainly take a toll. However, a physical/geographical relocation (a new "context") can often open unexpected doors to growth and development. I pray this is a renewing and re-creative time for you, internally as well as on the outside. And, though I do not know where specifically in Oregon you have landed, hope you enjoy the astonishing natural beauty on offer there!

Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health are all important to our general and overall well-being. If we neglect one the whole suffers. Good for you for doing what's right for you. I'm in the middle of moving from southern Spain to Ireland with my partner and our four cats. My partner is already in place sorting out everything in our new location and the cats and I and our belongings will be traveling by road and ferry this coming week. The weeks leading up to this have been intense. Perhaps not so much physically, although sorting, packing and cleaning is of course physically tiring, but emotionally and mentally and spiritually there are so many things going on. Energetically, as in vibrationally, it's a complete shift. It's all very exciting, but I'm looking forward to next weekend when we're all arrived in our new house, and a couple of weeks later when we're getting into our new routines and can relax. It's so important to take the time to settle in all areas of who we are.

Moving is extremely stressful, it sucks. Mental health and physical health are so intertwined, no doubt about that, I went from 125 to 85 lbs, truly looked like a skeleton, some people eat with anxiety and depression, but I do the opposite, believe it or not, it’s really hard to gain weight, it didn’t used to be, but it is now. Your having fun with Travis Views and I enjoy your reactions, as you know 😂, sometimes you just have to find something that makes you happy and stick with it, I am sure that a lot of your music subscribers went over to watch the tv reactions, you got me started rewatching Greys 😂. Just take care of you❤.
