    For fixing roller cycloidal drive, continuous running will generate enormous heat and destroyed your plastic cycloid disc and rollers in seconds. You might need replace few parts by metal to deal with it.

    Hi
    I want to make a project like this and don't know where to start. I have some knowledge in programming and Arduino. But I cannot figure out where to begin? How did you come up with this design? How can you pick the gear sizes and mechanical components? Where can I learn this? I don' t have the time dor a degree....

    I hope you don't make the wings like the Festo... they made the wings too 'floppy' by making the wings bend upward at the joint on the downstroke... I hope you keep this wing leading edge design

    movement of outer part of wing is too weak
