Consider venturing into the freezer sections (not all dollar trees have them).
Bags of frozen fruit have been popping up in mine - pure frozen fruit no additives. I get tons of packs for smoothies. Saves a lot of money, especially when fruit is out of season like in Ohio. Mine has had mango, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mixed berries, and some banana mixes.frozen fruit is perfectly fine if you’re using it for smoothies (considering I tend to stock up on fresh fruit when it’s on sale and put it into smoothie bags and freeze anyway!
Interestingly I’ve also found (very small) bags of the organic raw sugar in dollar tree and can sometimes find 25 count boxesof the sugar in the raw packets (for coffee and tea).
I definitely need to do that! I need to do another DT grocery haul again soon! Thinking there may be one this month.
The Dollar Tree frozen spring rolls are really delish...I bake them in the oven...no need to fry them...Jennifer's Garden is the brand. . They're often out of them, folks love them! I like teriyaki sauce & ginger with them.
Tofu wow I never seen that at dollar tree,that's cool. Spring rolls they never last in my house.

Just to let you know (i don’t know if it applies to the ones that you bought) most peanuts that are salted or “seasoned” have Gelatin so that the seasoning sticks to it. If yours doesn’t apply I’m so sorry ❤️😄

You can always scan the barcode on food packaging using the free app “Is It Vegan.” That’s what I do instead of reading every ingredients list. I really like food companies that put vegan or vegetarian on the front of their packages.

You should try hemp seed tofu by tempt that makes hemp milk.
Hemp seed tofu? I haven't seen that. I will have to keep an eye out for it. Do you get it anywhere in particular?
I am not vegan but used to be plant based love the gnocchi I get the frozen sweet peas at dollar tree never the can vegies that I can find in their freezer section

Yeah its not the best deal. I can get them cheaper other places for a larger bag. Bt if someones in a pinch and in DT they have an option!

Ugh I totally picked up a premade pizza sauce and it had milk/cheese in it. Definitely be careful with those pizza sauce mixes at dollar tree

Just a tip if you look under the ingredients in bold it should contains milk, meats, soy wheat or traces of nuts something along those lines for people with allergies or food restrictions. it’s easier then looking through the whole ingredients list lol :)
Yes, true . I do check for that but there are other ingredients like gelatin , l - cysteine, and sometime added vitamins are not vegan and they don't usually list those in bold. But for basic dairy , nut, wheat allergies the bold warnings are a good thing to look at.

Brittany Bir It’s just seasonings and pasta. As far as I know everything is vegan. Box says to add to chicken but you can replace with a vegan option or just leave it out.

And remember just because it's healthy does it mean you could eat so much and it's going to be good for you it's only good for you in moderation too much salt is bad
