I just discovered Ripple Unsweetened Vanilla pea protein, 0 Carbs ! 😊 8 grams of protein, I think 100% B 12 I just pour in my mason jar. Also I discovered a no sugar cold brew coffee, I love making with the Ripple, and add monk fruit sweetener . I want to get creative with different flavors to add to the coffee. Takecare ❤️
