I would love to hear about some of the reasons you take some bets. To be honest, the Drew Smyly for 5K's seems kind of aggressive against the nationals, being the lowest strikeout team in the league by a large margin

Totally. But obviously the Nats K rate is also factored into the odds as well (I'm try to get a payout between 4:1 to 5:1 ideally). He has a good whiff rate on his fairly unique cb, has been sharp this year, and I expected him to go deep in the game...and figured 5 isn't too much to accumulate.
That being said, maybe I should be a little less aggressive, since my picks have been sucking. lol

On the subject of Bassitt, well his team rather...every team in baseball should be required to have that camera angle they use, for Right handers and another camera positioned to have the same angle for Lefties. You can really see the ball zip around and it's glorious.

It’s frustrating, as a Reds fan, to see former Reds pitchers look like all-world pitchers elsewhere. This is what will happen to Hunter Greene, Nike and Graham. Reds have at least shown a willingness to sign their first “big” deal, but not their “BIG” late-20’s contract.
