Hello, Everyone welcome back to our Channel #JK360vlogger In this video, I have uploaded how to change one way clutch in #RoyalEnfieldClassis at home. I have explained how to do in #Tamil step by step. I have changes #onewayclutch ball bearing. Finally bike got started without any issue. And also I have faced one worst thing in clutch plate. Please watch the video fully. No words to explain that.
Tips: Where ever you staring the bike after long time. Don't use self start and also don't try the self start when bike is in starting trouble. In Royal Enfield you will get this one way clutch problem.

I own RE Classic 350 BS6 2021 model. I am facing a problem like sometimes engine stops while riding and wont start for sometime after that. After engine stops like this, even injector sound when we turn on the key, won't come for few mins. After trying multiple times by switch on the key or engine on/off key, and when I start to hear injector sound, engine will start in both ways (kicker and self) properly.
Told many times with RE service center but it's not fixed. Please let me know if you have thoughts on this problem, thank you.

Only ball bearing means it will cost you around 600rs. Suppose full kit naa it will cost around 4500rs bro. Based on the condition you have to change

Chain sprocket you can change after 25k kilometers. But for clutch plate and on way clutch there is no specific time limit. You can change it once you feel its not working properly.

I ride a 2016 classic 500 . No issues so far . But today , I did self start 3 attempts , 3rd attempt was successful and then when I raised the throttle , there was a loud metallic clang sound and then engine switched off . I tried again and engine started . What do you think the issue will be ? Yesterday I did kick start and I had a big kickback . Again starting after that , no issues
That's not a problem bro. It's usually happens in classic bikes. If there is any issue with the one way clutch. Then self motor Start to slip

I recently changed this bearing, bought from Amazon, it didn't work for 400 kms, again failed. There were no wear & tear marks on the gear and bearing seats, even then it failed. As a bike user i wouldn't recommend changing the bearing only, mechanics will recommend changing bearing only, because then can charge you again for fitment of the assembly, so think twice before changing the bearing only, change the assembly only genuine /non genuine.
Thanks for your information bro 🙏 This case will not happen for everyone bro. I have changed only bearing in my friend bike. Still now there is no issues bro. Before changing the bearing we have to check gear condition bro. Based on that we have to change. Bearing alone available in retail shop. Original Royal Enfield parts. Online la maximum they selling after market or first copy item. So we have to think of that also bro.

Hi bro, i have long time problem in my thunderbird 350 i.e riding bike with pillion the noise came from the engine near small chain sprocket. If riding the bike single there is no noise. I almost given the bike to two RE local machanics there where unable to find the exact issue where the sound come from. If you have any similar experience of this issue please guide me how to resolve this issue.

Yes it's resolved myself, the solution is remove the back wheel and given to wheel alignment they tightened the spokes make the wheel aligned properly. When we have the overweight the wheel is slightly bending that affects the chain proper movement it create noise. Please check your wheel alignment

No bro. There is no connection between one way cultch and battery. Suppose self motor is not good naa there is a chance for battery drain. Battery drain problem mostly come due to rectifier check that bro.
When you click self switch and motor rotate freely naa no issues. If it feel tight then your bike battery will drain bro in rare cases

Bro ball bearing only means. It will cost around 600rs. If you buy full set means it cost around 4500rs. Based on the shop.
It is not compulsory to change the full kit. If your bike completed few kilometers only means. You can change that ball bearing alone. If you completed 30k kilometers in your bike. Then better you change the full kit. That's good

That sound will come in Enfield bikes sometimes. That's not a issue bro. But check the clutch basket lock boult bro. It will get loose automatically
