I recently had creative block and burnout and discovered if I focussed on something new, it helped me big time. My new thing was starting a art CZcams channel which was a great excuse to get back into making art each week. Your art is amazing and very inspirational!

I found that there is a difference in energy of a picture, when someone creates out of aboundance or out of pain. No judgement there. Both can be beautiful. Yours feel like pure aboundance to me. ❤️🙏
As you kindly share from your experience about burnout and selfcare/selflove after creating - I'd like to add from my own experience, if thats alright. With every picture or drawing or song or poem I create, I upgrade myself or I manifest something. And after that, my body needs to catch up with the upgrade. Thats why I need a break. Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.

This is so true. I..maynot be an artist but i love to write and read books. And sometimes when I have to write because I Have to write and have a deadline to meet that just takes the fun and joy out of the process of writing . Which also tends to lead me to not able to complete a writing or something like that.

I’ve had a creative block for two years after movies across the world you would think moving to a new place would spark creativity but not for me lol maybe it was the stress, and definitely being in a new foreign environment. I loved this video and love your work. Thank you for all of your insight.

Great video! Losing my studio was hard. Dealing with health issues (RA since age 13) has been harder... it has led to burnout. I have been forced to scale back my painting severely... but I persevere. I continue to try to paint, but being disabled, I no longer have the means to replace all of my supplies.

Wow, I don't know why I found this video, but it is exactly what I'm going through right now. Kind of searching for what I love to do to take care of myself. I am also an artist, but I work a part time job at the same time (21 hours a week). Plus, I have 2 children. Anyways, I find it difficult sometime to jungle with everything that is going on in my life and feeling a little bit out of control. I am trying not to go for perfectionism, but I actually don't really know how... Anyway, I'll keep watching your videos because you are an inspiration and you look so happy that it is contagious. Her artwork is amazing, beautifully stunning, however.....she does come across as really "dizzy" annoying!! If she does post a video of her art process from start to finish i would definitely watch it, but with the volume turned right down! I do wish her and her art channel all the success in the world.
