God, I hope he's with us for the long haul. The way he absorbs info and constantly improves his game is amazing.
I think this guy could eventually wear the "C" in Dallas when Benn retires. I definitely can't see Nill letting him go anywhere else. Wyatt is a franchise building block.
Played high school hockey at Lawrence Park in Toronto with Wyatt. Not only an incredible hockey player but an incredible person. It's been inspiring watching his journey.
Wyatt is simply an amazing hockey talent and so fun to watch! I can't wait to see what Wyatt brings to the Conference Finals.

I nickname him The Fiend, not only after wrestler Bray Wyatt (RIP), but because he what he can do for the Stars can be considered supernatural.
I am almost certain he will be a bright, BRIGHT Star, and it will be a privilege to watch him evolve.

Having Pavelski as his mentor, means Wyatt will be a ten year veteran in the NHL.

If you do that draft again today Wyatt Johnston is a top 5 pick. Still early for most of the players from his draft class though. For a little context, Kent Johnson went 5th overall to Columbus and he’s struggling in the minors.
