Losing my mother from stage 4 lung cancer at a young age like that hurts too. They say time heals all wounds, I disagree, you just learn how to cope throughout the years. I miss her like it was yesterday. Happy Mother's day mom.

So sorry for your loss man. I lost my mom last year, I still think abt her and miss her everyday. All you can do is one day at a time.
I'm a blues fan and altho I can't root for the avs out of principle I am a manson fan. It's really cool to see him being an awesome human. We need more people like him in the world

Dave Manson was my favorite hockey player, my son lost his Sept of 22 , we found out she had cancer on a Thursday night and she was gone Friday afternoon. Thanks for sharing your story Josh. Go Avs

Same thing happened with my mother, but it was breast cancer. She was cleared and cancer free. 6 months later she was diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer. She fought it every single day and ended up losing her battle. I will always be grateful that I spent all of my time with her until the end. What more can a son do for their mother who sacrificed so much for them?
