    Great info here thanks for the video! I had same problem as your client who was running and gained weight! ouf after one month of running I actually gained 10 pounds! This never had happened in past I used to run every day and be slim - I think it's bcos of menopause - so now I have used your tips as well as try to walk every day for 45 minutes to 1 hour and intermitent fasting and have lost 15 lbs in 2 months! Yay! almost at my target weight! Thanks so much 😍

    Your kinda just babbling and not actually saying tips. There’s so much just talking fluff instead of good info
