Ordinary people voted for BJP+SS alliance for hindutva & corruption free gov. What we got was MVA, the anti-hindu & most corrupt govt till now in Maharashtra. No one cares for ordinary people.
In this entire case the Honor constitutional bench must be exhibit, else if they pass any mediocre judgment, that will put credibility of SC Constitution bench on stake. As Govt may try to influence the Judges by post retirement offers ,a s we have seen in past for Rajya Sabha or Governor . Lets hope constitution and its superiority must prevail.

1. Trust vote had nothing remotely related to the law and order.

It is really surprising Shivsena &BJP fought elections in yuti so Shivsena voters have voted to BJP candidate & BJP voters have voted to Shivsena candidates. How can BJP or Shivsena can form government with other parties against whom they have fought the elections is it not a insult of both the party voters. I think SC should advise no party can form government against they have fought elections.

Constitution Bench is to protect the constitution from future adventures wherein a motley crew can break away, join hands to make a majority. 9 governments have been toppled this way. Let me correct you. There are 41 elected govt toppled by governors till now, "without floor test". It was all done in Congress regime. You can get the list on internet. Is that how democracy functions for Congress??

So it was immoral, unethical for SS to go with parties that were REJECTED by people.
No one knew Uddhav wanted to be CM. He never claimed it during campaign. After the pathetic performance and most corrupted govt by Uddhav, BJP proved to be right in not offering him the CM chair.

From the questions put to ASG by hon CJI it appears that he has soft corner for the Govt that came into existence by ditching people's mandate.
It was not a clear mandate. If it was a clear mandate then people would have chosen only one party. Either it would have been BJP or Shivsena. Being an independent party shivsena has every right to go with other parties.
I don't understand why people think BJP and shivsena are same. BJP use religion to get into power and shivsena is the party which really fighting for Hindu sentiments.
