You have to remove the motor and rotate with a screwdriver until it retracts the actuator, then install the motor and calibrate the gearbox with diagnose.
@autotips5141 but I fixed the actuator with one company with a life time guarantee and they stuck a label between the morter and the actuator body and am afraid if open the motor I will void my guarantee. Is there any other way to go round it.thanks
Ok thanks but what do you mean by diagnosis. You mean take it to somebody with a diagnoses machine or computer . Sorry forgive me for this i had to do this myself because three mechanics said to me they don't want to deal with this
@@maha-mz8xo either with a diagnostic machine or with a paper clip. Give a phone number for WhatsApp or something to send you the paper clip procedure.

What if I have this p0900 error and the actuator works for a short time? module?
Usually are just the brushes inside the actuator, I didn't find yet a broken module.
