An absolutely priceless document! Besides the interview of the Gelbs with so much invaluable, first-hand information about and insights into O'Neill. there is a reading, actually a performance of a crucial scene from "...Long Day's..." by Zoe Caldwell and Jason Robards. Although they are both on book, they give a performance of such complete characterization and ever so deep emotional truthfulness that the impact is overwhelming. The Gelb's and Charlie himself are clearly very moved. And so will you be.

I'm afraid the problem is with your device or how you have it set. The volume is loud on my desktop computer and on my iPad.
