at 15:34 15:35 slow it down you can see for a split second the car goes through the tunnel. That's the 3rd street tunnel just going the wrong way through it. It comes out at W3rd street and hill. Haven't seen any helicopter angle that shows the other side of the tunnel. Pretty sure that's where he went and just kept going through the tunnel.
He went on and off the highway multiple times. He was playing with them the whole chase.
That little move at 12:40 juked like 3 other helicopters. This is the only one that still kept on him cus it was right on top
