- Raw footage and South Stand SCENES as AFC Bournemouth completed another turnaround on Saturday at Dean Court with a deserved 2-1 victory against rejuvenated Leicester City.
The Foxes were buoyant after their recent 4-0 win over East Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest, but with the Cherries unbeaten under Gary O'Neil, it was set up for a mouthwatering clash - not least because the home side would be looking to impress in front of their brand new owner Bill Foley.

Sam I really believe that the club should have funding set aside for you guys and this channel. It is by far not only obviously the best Bournemouth content but some of the best content for all football fans. Maybe now with the new owner we should be finding out if you can be put on the club payroll but if it was ever to happen please keep it exactly the same as it would be terrible with outside input. Appreciate the message Andrew. It's a lovely thought, but I can't imagine it is something that football clubs would ever contemplate! There is a latent relationship that we have with AFC Bournemouth which *needs* to remain very much at arms-length, for good reason. Whilst I feel we do a relatively good job "advertising" a matchday and the fan experience, sometimes we need to be brutally honest, and we often might want to say things that the club won't want to hear - so this would sacrifice our impartiality a bit! This is why we have to take up various brand deals, but also the Ko-fi donations, which help keep us going! As long as we're not getting into debt over this project, there's no danger of it disappearing! 😀

@@afcbpodcast I totally agree with all of that Sam. Didn't really think about the impartiality part as that's also what has made this channel great. I guess any club involvement would jeopardise that. Anyway in the meantime I'm gunna go over and get my name on that wall of fame! Take care

I want to congratulate you, i am a Northampton town fan, i remember us playing you in the old 4th division and what ever league they call it since then, i's great to see clubs like yours and Brentford hold your own in the premiership with the big boys, while we still stagnate in the bottom league.
As a cherries fan I remember going to the old County ground always a tough day there on and off the pitch lol. ....the combinarltion of a fantastic manager and sound investment are what got us to the heady heights we've achieved in the past ten years ....have belief m8 if we can do it any club can ...which is surely the joy of the neautiful game . Thanks again, living in Cornwall means I can't get to matches, these VLOGs are superb, at least I get a touch of the game atmosphere which I really do miss. My first game at Dean Court was in 1956 a friendly v Coventry City. Enjoyed my visits to Wembley Stadium and the Millenium Stadium supporting my beloved Cherries. Thanks again for all you're doing.
