19 years old. I started this year. Started in a fricken jetta now we have our very own truck. Built my softwash system all ME. Upgrading as we go but honest the money is rly rly good (I havent spent a dime of it unless it was for the biz) I have a 2.5gpm washer with a softwash system and a great partner. Part of me is glad that its seasonal because man we were working every. Single. Day. No joke. Reinvesting about 20% of the cash into a 5.5gpm and hose reels! Im glad I started small.
Do you do any sort of paid 1 on 1 calling? I feel like this industry on youtube turned into a dropshipping scheme. I appreciate you cutting the bullshit.
Not really. We hold classes at our store for marketing classes mostly. I have done some one on one calls on a case by case basis. We are pretty selective on who we do this with. We are different from most other stores. We consider our customers competition to the customers of our competitors. I focus on our existing client base to help them succeed, and sometimes that involves them winning jobs others don’t obtain. We prefer to have 1 customer buy 5 trailers, instead of selling 5 guys 1 trailer each. You’ll want to do the same for your loyal client base. If you clean for Chik Fil A and not Raising Canes, wouldn’t you want to share your positive experiences with CFA and help support their business? Of course you do. Because the reality is you want partnerships, not customers. That’s what next leveling is all about.
@@Jizzafy the reality is I needed motivation to continue making content and your comment pushed me over the edge. Because we don’t sugar coat. And there is too much PC sugar coated shit and not enough real on the internet as a whole. Me not giving my honest opinion and sharing it has been selfish on my part.
@@Jizzafy we try to be as up front as we can be with the information we provide because there isn’t enough honesty in our industry. We make the majority of our profits from fleet washing, not owning a store.
I just came across this video, this guy is preaching the realistic truth about the power washing business, extraordinary advice for the beginner.
Thank you for watching. We are noticing this becoming a serious problem.

I also started with a smaller cold water 5 gpm unit and didn’t get into bigger rigs until I had too much work for my little machine.
